Transcript

Hello and welcome.

This is your time,

A pause in the day to come home to yourself to shake off what's heavy and remember what's alive in you.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

Whatever is most comfortable to you.

Yeah.

Allow your hands to rest and gently close your eyes.

Begin by arriving here in the present moment,

Just arriving,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be only here.

Let's begin by connecting your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale.

Try and deepen that breath.

If you're able to breathe in,

Feel your ribs in your belly,

Rise and expand and breathe out.

Feeling the ground,

Receive you and feel yourself begin to settle.

Inhale.

Continue to breathe deeply and with every inhale,

Invite energy in and with every exhale,

Release the weight you've been carrying.

Let's do three more deep cleansing breaths.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Drawing light possibility in space and exhale,

Releasing tension,

Tightness and fatigue.

Again,

Inhale and exhale.

One more time.

Inhale full deep breath in and a long,

Complete breath out.

Now let your breath return to his normal and natural rhythm.

Easy,

Gentle and let that carry you into a sense of stillness.

Now in your mind,

Imagine you're standing in a wide open desert.

The sky stretches in all directions around you.

There's silence,

Stillness,

Warmth,

The sun is beginning to rise behind you.

You can feel it's heat already.

Gentle,

Golden,

Powerful in the distance.

You notice a small stone circle,

An ancient fire pit.

You begin to walk towards it slow and steady and you sit beside it.

As you settle,

You notice the fire is out cold,

Ashen spent,

But beneath that ash,

You see something glowing,

A coal,

A tiny ember,

Your ember.

This is your inner flame,

Your energy source is still alive,

Waiting.

You cup your hands and gently breathe on it.

Inhale and draw breath into your body and exhale to send the energy towards the ember with each breath.

The ember grows brighter.

That soft red turns to a more vibrant orange orange then begins to turn to coal.

Soon a flame begins to form with every inhale.

You feel energy rise with every exhale.

You feel your sense of self awaken.

You aren't creating energy.

You're connecting with what was always there.

Let that fire rise now.

Steady,

Not rushed.

It doesn't burn.

It warms.

It doesn't consume.

It sustains.

This flame is your life force.

Quiet,

Steady,

Unshakable.

Now,

Either silently or aloud,

Repeat after me.

Energy flows through me freely.

I am connected to a deep and steady power.

I honor my body's rhythm and replenish with ease.

My spark is alive and well.

I am ready to begin again.

Let each affirmation be a breath.

Let each word return you to yourself.

Now take a few moments to sit beside your fire in silence.

Let the warmth soak into your bones.

Let the energy root into your being.

There's nothing more to do.

Just be here.

Yeah.

Alive.

Present.

Reconnected.

Begin to return to your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your body.

The flow of the air.

The steadiness of your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Roll your shoulders.

Feel yourself back in your place and know this.

Your energy doesn't come from pushing it comes from presence from remembering what you carry within you always.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to your day,

Not with force,

But with renewed strength your flame is lit and burning brightly.
