Explore MeditationCherie’s practice of yoga began in 1997 while studying Psychology at Boston University. Her meditation practice began a year after and continues today. Cherie was a full-time therapeutic yoga teacher before going back to graduate school at Pacifica Graduate Institute in California (2010 to 2013) and has worked with the military for over a decade (2010 to 2023). Currently, Cherie is working in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Cherie works with couples and individuals to assist them on their journey to better health and well-being. Cherie's classes are informed by her clinical experience, neuroscience, psychology, mindful movement, and yoga therapy to help clients improve relationships, regain their sense of self, and clarify their sense of purpose. Cherie is an iRest meditation teacher and offers meditation sessions to support anyone on the path of self-discovery, recovery, and rest from the stressors of life.
