Welcome to this July 3rd Buck Moon,
A supermoon that falls in the sign of Capricorn.

As we prepare to meditate,
Find a quiet space.
Sitting somewhere comfortably you won't be disturbed.
Take a few moments to settle into the body.
Close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow tensions and stresses to melt away.
Begin by grounding yourself.
Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,
Reaching deeply into the earth.
Feel the energy of the earth's stability and strength flowing up through the roots,
Grounding and anchoring you into the present moment.
Shift your awareness to the moon above you.
Visualise the bright radiant light of the Buck Moon shining down upon you.
Feel its gentle energy enveloping you,
Bringing in a sense of calm and tranquility.
Take a moment now to reflect upon your life and your current circumstances.
Consider your goals,
Your dreams and the intentions that you have for yourself.
As the supermoon amplifies the energy,
It is an opportune time to focus on manifestation and bringing your desires into fruition.
Acknowledge the influence of the Capricorn sign.
Capricorn represents determination,
Discipline and practicality.
Embrace these qualities within and envision how they can support you in achieving your goals.
Visualise the goat symbolising Capricorn climbing steadily and persistently up a mountain,
Representing your journey towards success.
Release any fears,
Doubts or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
Visualise these negative energies as dark clouds surrounding you.
With each breath,
Imagine exhaling these clouds,
Allowing them to dissolve into the light of the moon.
You feel a sense of relief and freedom as you let go of what no longer serves you.
Silently repeat the affirmations.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I embrace discipline and perseverance.
