She specialises in helping others recognise their voice as medicine - the full expression of who they truly are. Having guided people for over 25 years, Chantal supports those feeling stuck, seeking motivation, or wanting to trust their inner knowing. Her journey from marine scientist to yoga/meditation guide and speaking coach brings scientific rigour to spiritual practice. Chantal holds a 660-hour Masters in Meditation Teaching and is completing advanced Yoga Therapist training in nervous system regulation. As one of the world's first WomanSpeak Circle Leaders, she's supported women globally to find their embodied presence and authentic voice since 2016. She lives in Brisbane, Australia, with her husband, two daughters, and chickens.
