I am so honored and humbled you have chosen to practice this meditation today.
I would like to take a moment to remind you that meditation is a personal practice.

Please make this practice your own and suited to meet your own needs and comfort.
Today,
We will be going on an adventure to a resilient mountain,
Featuring affirmations about self-empowerment,
Resilience,
And growth.
Now,
That being said,
Please find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for a short while.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether seated or lying down,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Close your eyes if that feels okay,
Or just lower your gaze.
Take a deep breath in,
And a long breath out.
With each breath,
Let go of any tension or stress to the best of your ability.
Focus on your inhale and your exhale,
However you feel comfortable.
No need to force or change your breath.
Just notice it.
We will stay here for a minute before we begin our journey to the resilient mountain,
And I introduce the affirmations.
Imagine yourself standing at the base of a majestic mountain.
It rises tall and proud.
It's peak reaching towards the vast sapphire blue sky.
This mountain is a symbol of your inner strength and resilience.
I acknowledge and celebrate my strengths and vulnerabilities.
As you look up at the mountain,
You see its various sides.
There are smooth,
Sun-kissed slopes,
Representing your strengths and accomplishments.
There are also rugged,
Shadowed areas,
Symbolizing your vulnerabilities and challenges.
Both are essential parts of who you are.
Celebrate the mountain in its entirety,
For it is a testament to your unique journey.

Now return your focus to your breath.
Just focus on the inhales and the exhales as they come.
If it resonates,
With each inhale,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light filling your body.
And with each exhale,
Let go of any tension or stress to the best of your ability.
Allow your body to become heavy and relaxed.
Feel the weight of your body being pulled to the earth,
Yet cradled and stable and secure.
Let your muscles soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
And let your forehead smooth.
You are grounded and supported.
Your mind is clear and calm.
Let go of any thoughts or worries to the best of your ability.
Simply observe them,
Without judgment,
And gently return your focus to your breath.
Now slowly and gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
And slowly bring awareness back to the rest of your body.
If your eyes are closed,
You may begin to open them now,
And slowly bring awareness back to the rest of your surroundings.
Carry this sense of peace and resilience with you throughout your day.
