I would like to remind you that meditation is a personal practice,
So please take whatever I say and make it your own.
Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.
Today I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-love,
Empowerment,
And growth.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now please accept the following as truths for you.
My peace is my power.
I inhale confidence and I exhale fear.
I release worry and I choose trust.
My story is powerful.
I appreciate who I am.
I value myself as a person.
I accept the person I am.
I accept my flaws and my strengths.
I approach challenges with strengths.
I love myself as I am.
I release the pressure of perfection.
I practice understanding and compassion.
I look upon my past and present self with compassion and understanding.
I am capable of moving beyond my own mistakes.
I am proud of who I am becoming.
I make choices and decisions as information comes to me.
I embrace new beginnings.
I am open to new possibilities and growth and the beauty that unfolds each day.
I embrace flexibility.
I can adapt to changes and challenges with an open mind.
I am continuously growing,
Learning,
And evolving.
I embrace new ideas with an open heart.
I am resilient,
Adaptable,
And open to the possibilities that unfold before me.
Now return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may begin to open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
