I would like to introduce to you some affirmations about self-love,
Gratitude,
And growth.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now,
Please accept the following as truths for you.
I celebrate my achievements.
I remember how proud I am of myself.
I honor past versions of myself and recognize the growth I've achieved.
I choose to be grateful for the countless reasons to appreciate the beauty in my life.
I am more than my anxieties.
I choose possibilities over limitations.
I am open to the new possibilities and growth and the beauty that unfolds each day.
Even in uncertainty,
I trust that the universe is orchestrating opportunities for my growth and happiness.
I embrace life's uncertainties and trust that they often lead to new experiences and opportunities.
I am capable of overcoming challenges and navigating uncertainties.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
