This meditation gently guides you to reconnect with your inner child, creating a safe space to explore, feel, and nurture your younger self. Through calming awareness and visualization, you’ll build a sense of compassion, understanding, and emotional connection within. Following the meditation, you’ll be invited to write a letter of appreciation to your inner child, helping to integrate the experience and deepen your healing. Please have a journal or paper and a pen nearby before you begin, so you can move directly into this reflection practice afterward. This session is designed to support emotional healing, self-connection, and a greater sense of inner warmth and acceptance.
