Please close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply.

Let your breath become slow and steady.

As you breathe in,

Feel a sense of calm washing over you.

With each exhale,

Allow any tension to release from your body.

Now,

Bring to mind a recent moment where you felt guilty.

Notice the emotions that arise.

But don't judge them.

Simply observe.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine the guilt as a heavy weight you have been carrying.

With each breath,

Feel the weight lifting,

Floating away as you release the burden of guilt.

Picture this weight transforming to light.

Leaving you with a sense of freedom and peace.

Now,

Let's focus on empowerment.

Imagine a version of yourself who is free from the burden of guilt.

Picture yourself making decisions with confidence.

Taking actions that align with your values.

See yourself acting with self-compassion.

Knowing that mistakes are simply part of the journey.

Say to yourself,

I am worthy of growth and I release any guilt that does not serve me.

I am worthy of growth and I release any guilt that does not serve me.

Allow this affirmation to sink deep into your being.

As you breathe in empowerment.

And you breathe out any remaining guilt.

Breathe in empowerment.

Now,

Connect to your higher self.

The part of you that knows you're always growing.

Always learning.

Understand that guilt is a signal,

A guide to help you align more closely with your true self.

Ask yourself,

What is the lesson I can take from this experience?

How can I use this insight to move forward with greater wisdom and self-awareness?

Feel a deep sense of peace.

Knowing that with each step you take,

You're moving closer to the best version of yourself.

Take a few deep breaths.
