Let's begin this meditation by getting comfortable.
Please close your eyes and take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
Let it go.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Don't try to control,
Just let it be.
Now,
Gently bring awareness to yourself,
Who you are in this moment,
Just as you are.
Let go of any judgements,
Expectations or desire to be different.
For the next few minutes,
Just allow yourself to be.
You are enough,
Exactly as you are right now.
Take a moment to acknowledge your body,
Your thoughts and your feelings.
You don't have to change anything,
Just notice what is here in this present moment.
You are here,
You are alive and you are worthy.
As you breathe in,
Imagine that you are breathing in self-acceptance.
With every breath,
You are accepting yourself more deeply,
With kindness and compassion.
As you exhale,
Release any resistance you've been holding.
Release any thoughts or beliefs that say you are not enough.
And now,
Picture yourself standing in front of a mirror.
This is a special mirror,
One that reflects not only your outward appearance,
But also your inner being.
Look.
See yourself as you are,
Perfectly imperfect,
Complete in your all beauty and uniqueness.
Now,
Say to yourself,
I accept myself fully,
I accept all of me,
My strengths,
My weaknesses,
My successes and my failures.
I am worthy of love and respect,
Just as I am.
Let these words resonate deeply within you.
Allow this acceptance to expand within you,
Filling your heart and mind.
Know that by accepting yourself,
You are opening the door to peace,
Love and joy.
Let's take a moment now to be simply be with yourself,
Without needing to change or fix anything.
Breathe in,
Accepting who you are,
And breathe out,
Let go.
Breathe in,
Acceptance,
And breathe out,
Let go.
Now,
Let's move even deeper.
Imagine that acceptance is a warm,
Loving light within you.
This light radiates throughout your entire being,
Melting away any judgment,
Any fear or any resistance.
Feel this light growing brighter and brighter,
And know that it is the essence of unconditional self-love.
With every breath,
You become more grounded in self-acceptance.
Feel how the weight of judgment lifts off your shoulders,
And feel a sense of freedom and peace wash over you.
Now,
Take a few deep breaths in and out,
And ground yourself in this acceptance.
Feel the love and peace within you,
Expanding outward,
Filling your entire being.
You are enough just as you are.
You always have been,
And you always will be enough.
As we close this meditation,
Please bring your awareness back into the present moment.
And when you're ready,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.
You are worthy of love,
Worthy of acceptance and peace.
