Making any little adjustments needed.
Let your body feel supported in the bed,

Getting ready to release,
Relax,
Letting go to the night,
Being held.

Notice and feel your breath coming in and out of your body.
Let your shoulders drop,
Take a soft breath in through the nose,
Hold it gently,

One more breath in,

Your throat softens.

Melting down.
Right upper arm,

Forearm,
Wrist,

Palm.
Each finger now,
One by one,
Letting go.

Bringing your awareness now to your chest.
Feel your breath rise and fall.
Feel into your ribs.
Breath flowing like the tide,
In and out.
Your upper back,
Shoulder blades are relaxing.
Awareness to your middle back.
Moving awareness to your lower back.
Your belly softens.
Each breath spacious and easy.
Feel the hips,
The pelvis,
The glutes.
All sinking and softening.
Now your awareness moves through your thighs.
Let them grow heavy.
Knees,
Shins,
Calves,
Ankles,

Soles of the feet.
All ten toes,
