As you start to take long,
Deep,
Slow breaths,
In and out,
In,
All the way,
As you hold the breath at the top,
And all the way out,
In,
All the way,
And out,
All the way.
Beginning to feel anchored and grounded in breath and body,
Noticing what you notice,
Without adding any extra thoughts,
Analyzing,
Judging,
Just emptying any mental chatter,
Mental concepts,
Perceptions,
Just empty that,
Just continue emptying as you start to feel into the space,
Feeling into spaciousness.
We're going to take ourselves back to a past life.
You see yourself walking upstream,
Up a river,
Continue walking up and up,
Keep going,
Going up the river,
And up,
And up,
All the way until you feel you've come to that past life.
This lifetime is going to show you where you were resisting,
Or where you were going upstream,
Fighting the current,
Fighting the resistance.
