As you quietly make your way into your meditative posture,

Taking note of your body and your breath,

And taking note of where you can release some tension in the body by telling your body it's safe to relax,

It's okay to be present,

To slow down.

As you start to empty from thought form,

Empty and empty and empty,

You increasingly start to become aware of your own energy and the presence,

The God-like presence within.

Empty and empty and empty,

Increasing the awareness of the I within,

The I am present,

The I am presence,

The I am loving awareness.

Stick with that for a few moments,

Becoming aware of the I am loving awareness.

Notice how that shifts everything within.

It shifts your entire internalized process.

You can start to notice tension releasing from the head and the skull,

The eyebrows,

The eyelids,

The shoulders,

The neck and throat.

I am loving awareness.

Knots in the stomach start to soften,

Torso softens,

Back and spine soften.

I am loving awareness.

Hips start to soften and open,

Legs start to mount and feel heavy,

Grounding you,

Anchoring you.

I am loving awareness.

Until even those words are no longer needed and you just are.

You are just here right now,

Basking in the presence that you are.

And you start to feel into being on top of a mountain.

You might know the name of the mountain being.

It might be what humans have called it.

It might be something that they want to be called,

But find yourself on top of a mountain,

The very peak of it,

The very,

Very top of it.

See yourself sitting there,

Feel yourself sitting there,

Sense yourself being there.

Know yourself being there at the very tippy top of the mountain.

And you start to spin or evolve around to see the view,

To see what you're looking down upon.

And maybe you can only see clouds through that high up.

I want you to become one with this mountain being.

Breathe with the breath of the mountain,

The heart of the mountain beats with the heart of your physical heart,

Energetic heart,

Spiritual heart,

Totally amalgamate into one.

You witness the process,

You witness what it feels like,

You witness what it looks like,

And you witness all the magic that is unfolding right here,

Right now,

As you become one with this mountain being.

And what does this mountain being have to teach you today about stillness,

About standing tall,

About anchoring in,

About silence,

Presence,

Awareness.

And continue listening into this magical being and what it's sharing with you.

Continue listening to its voice,

To its frequency,

What it wants to teach you today.

What does it want to teach you around staying anchored in this space of silence,

Of knowingness,

Of truth,

Even or despite the external weather,

The external chaos.

As you start to understand a deeper meaning to all of this,

How it's going to unfold for you in your day to day life.
