Hello and welcome to this week-long meditation series designed to help you begin each day with intention,

Reflection,

And a sense of inner calm.

Each meditation is inspired by the day of the week,

Offering a unique focus to support your mindset and well-being.

By setting aside less than five minutes each morning,

You can cultivate presence,

Reduce stress,

And increase your ability to be present and mindful of your emotions.

So welcome to Sunday,

A day of renewal.

Sunday is named after the sun,

A symbol of vitality and light,

Yet many of us feel the Sunday scaries,

That creeping anxiety about the week ahead.

So let's be mindful of that today.

To get started,

Settle in and relax.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Imagining the warmth of the sun filling your body with golden light.

On your exhale,

Release any tension about the coming week ahead.

Slow,

Deep breath in,

Filling your body with warmth.

Long exhale out through the mouth,

Letting go of tension as best you can.

As you continue to focus on your breath,

Bring to mind something good about the week ahead.

It could be something very small,

Something you're looking forward to,

A moment of comfort,

Or a simple pleasure.

And let that thought expand,

Almost like you're experiencing it right now,

Like sunlight warming your heart.

Repeat to yourself,

I can handle what comes my way.

I trust in myself.

I can handle what comes my way.

I can handle what comes my way.

I trust in myself.

With each inhale,

Draw in some calm energy.

With each exhale,

Let go of a little bit more worry.

Take one final deep breath in through the nose.

And as you exhale,

Feel a quiet confidence settle within you.

Carry this peace with you as you move into your week ahead.

Thank you so much for joining me in today's week-long meditation journey.

By taking just a few moments each day to pause,

Reflect,

And breathe,

You're nurturing a deeper connection with yourself and moving through your week ahead.

With greater intention and ease.

Wishing you a continued peace and presence on your path.

Take care.
