I listened to this today after getting lost on my phone for hours. I had planned on being outside in my yard most of the day , but that didn’t happen. Instead I closed the apps and I.T. Was still open, so though I’m not really feeling “burnt out” today, I was starting to feel some guilt and shame about wasting my day. No one is saying anything to me, it’s just my own inner dialogue. I remembered seeing this meditation offering today earlier when I opened the app so I listened to it and am so glad I did, because I was able to accept how I showed up today and realize that today’s not over! Thank you 🙏🏻 ✨����
