This gentle guided meditation is created for neurodivergent nervous systems — for ADHD, AuDHD, autistic, highly sensitive, and chronically overwhelmed minds and bodies. In this practice, you’re invited to soften your masks, release layers of pressure and shame, and reconnect with the version of you that has always deserved rest, understanding, and compassion. You will be guided through: Grounding your body and breath (or alternative anchors if breath isn’t comfortable) Softening into safety at your own pace Meeting the parts of you that have learned to mask or overperform Offering yourself warmth, gentleness, and permission Releasing burnout, shame, and emotional exhaustion This meditation moves slowly and intentionally, with plenty of pauses and space for your system to respond in its own way. There is no “right” way to experience this. You get to show up exactly as you are. May this practice support you in feeling safe in your body, connected to yourself, and welcomed home.
