In our session today,
I'm going to be guiding you through a distance Reiki healing session.
Specifically to help with anxiety and help you reprogram any limiting subconscious beliefs that you have that are contributing to your anxiety.
So I will be giving you different affirmations that you can repeat with me or after me or just listen to.
And you are welcome to have this playing in the background throughout your day.
Or a great time to listen to this would be first thing in the morning or as you go to bed at night because that is when our brain is most receptive to affirmations because it's in the natural.
Alpha theta state And Reiki helps us to reach that alpha theta state as well very easily.
And I'm also including my sound healing frequency music that is in the alpha theta range to really help.
Augment your experience.
So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this session.
Just take a few minutes to really get yourself as comfortable as possible.
Your body is the most receptive to reprogramming your subconscious mind when it is in that relaxed state.
So just really getting yourself comfortable,
Where you can really Let go and feel the deep peace and serenity that Reiki has to offer us.
And once you are there,
I invite you to gently close down your eyes.
And start to focus on your breath.
Maybe placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your abdomen.
And inhaling deeply.
And exhaling gently all of the air from your lungs.
And repeating this for a few breaths.
Feeling your body and your chest gently rise on the inhale underneath your hands.
And then fall again as you exhale.
Letting your breath ground you into this present moment.
Feeling grounded in your body.
And just letting your breath be your guide.
And I invite you to bring your awareness to your head.
And your forehead.
A place we often hold a lot of tension.
So just letting it relax and soften.
Feeling your temples and your jaw release.
Letting go of any tightness.
Or gripping you may be having in that space Feeling the muscles around your eyes soften.
And your mouth softens.
Letting your tongue rest gently in the bottom of your mouth.
Feeling your neck and your shoulders soften and relax.
If you're receiving this on your bed or chair,
Just letting them melt into that surface beneath you.
Feeling held and supported there.
And as you release any tightness or tension in your neck and shoulders,
Feel your heart space begin to open.
And maybe it's a little bit easier to breathe another deep inhale.
And exhaling it gently.
With your exhales,
You can think about blowing any stress or anxiety you have away.
Letting it go.
Letting it go.
Letting it go.
And if you have any particular intention for our session today,
I invite you to set that now in your heart space.
As I begin sending you Distance Reiki.

Reiki has cumulative effects,
As do positive affirmations.
