Hello and welcome. My name is Bailey and I'm a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher, Sound healer, And yoga teacher. And today we will be doing our second session in my chakra healing series for the sacral chakra. So if you're just joining today, I invite you to circle back in your own time to check out the root chakra. Chakra if you're interested. And for today's practice, I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can relax and receive this session. Reiki is all about relaxation and receiving souls. Getting your bed and your pillows. Nice and comfortable or maybe your sofa or if you have a nice little yoga nest to make for yourself. Just getting your space set up. And once you're all settled in, I invite you to gently close down your eyes. And bring your awareness to your heart space. Taking a deep breath in, Imagine that you are breathing in through your heart. Feeling your heart expand on the inhale. And then exhale, Blowing away any tension or tightness. Letting the body begin to soften. And then breathing in, Expanding the heart space. Even further. And softly exhaling. Letting go. Relaxing. And as your awareness is at your heart space, I invite you to place your intention for our session today gently into your heart space. Letting it ripple out through your body, Through your aura. This intention acts as a powerful guide for the energy. So just placing that now into your heart. And I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki. Focused at your sacral chakra. This is your time to receive. Time to rest. Letting go. Coming into stillness. And I'm going to begin sharing some affirmations. Specific to you. The sacral chakra. And you're welcome to repeat those after me. Out loud or in your mind. Or simply let them wash over you. Whatever you feel called to do is best for you. I allow myself to receive. I trust my emotions. I am open to joy. I embrace my creativity. I flow with life. You I allow myself to receive. I trust my emotions. I am open to joy. I embrace my creativity. I flow with life. Letting your breath guide you back into your physical body. Your physical surroundings. Starting to move your fingers and toes. Some gentle movement. Making the nervous system and the body back to normal. Rolling out your fingers and your toes. And then maybe having a nice yawn or stretch. If you have been lying down I invite you to just gently roll to one side for a few moments when you're ready to sit back up. There's no hurry, You're welcome too. Bask in this beautiful state that we've just created as long as you would like but when you do get up I invite you to just go slowly taking a few moments lying on your side before you gently push yourself up to seated. And blinking your eyes open. Thank you so much for joining me today. It's always so lovely to be with you. And you're welcome to join me next in this chakra healing series. Which will be focused on the solar plexus chakra. I will see you there if you are interested. And as always, I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day and I'm sending you so much love and light and blessings. Take care and bye bye.
