Hello and welcome. My name is Bailey and I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher, Sound healer, And yoga teacher. And today we are continuing on in our chakra healing series, Focusing on the heart chakra. So if you're just joining me today, I invite you to go back and check out the other chakra healing sessions, Which are the root, Solar plexus, And sacral chakras. And I'll be continuing on with all of the other chakras after today's session. And you don't have to take them in any particular order, Whatever you feel called to work with is perfect for you. But let's dive into our session today. So I invite you to find a comfortable place to relax and receive this. Ideally your bed or a nice sofa where you won't be disturbed or if you have a nice yoga nidra nest area that you can create for yourself. Just take a few moments to get nice and cozy. And settled in. And once you are all set, I invite you to Gently close down your eyes. And bring your awareness to your heart space. Taking a deep breath as if you were breathing in through your heart. Feeling your heart expand on the inhale. And then gently soften on the exhale. Letting go of any tension or tightness. Like you're blowing it away And then breathing in again through your heart space. Feeling it expand on the inhale. And then softly exhaling, Letting go and relaxing. Just a little bit further. And as your awareness is at your heart space, I invite you to place your intention for our session today gently into your heart. Letting it ripple out through your body through your energy body and aura This intention acts as a powerful guide for the Reiki energy. To help assist you in whatever way you are intending for this session. And I'm going to begin sending you distance Reiki now. Focusing on your heart chakra. So I invite you to Just let go a little more. Feeling your body. Held by the surface beneath you. As that energy flows to you. And I'm gonna be sharing some affirmations. Specifically focused on the heart chakra. So you're welcome to repeat them after me in your mind or out loud. Or simply let them wash over you. Planting seeds in your subconscious. Helping to create more heart-focused space. In your being. And bringing your heart chakra. Into alignment and balance. I am open to giving and receiving love. I love and accept myself. My heart is safe to open. I release what no longer serves me. I am connected to love. All is well. I am open to giving and receiving love. I love and accept myself. My heart is safe to open. And a long, Slow exhale. Letting your breath start to anchor you back into your physical body. You're welcome to rest and relax in this space as long as you would like. And I just encourage you when you do start to move to go slowly and gently. Starting to move your fingers and toes. And then rolling out your wrists and ankles. Taking your time waking up the body and the nervous system. As we've just created a beautiful state. For both of them. And if you feel called to have a nice yawn or stretch that can feel really nourishing. And then gently roll to one side. Blinking your eyes open if they're not already open. Taking a few moments here. Before you push yourself up to seated. Coming back into this space. And thank you so much for joining me today. It's always so lovely to be with you. And you're welcome to check out the other videos in this session or this series of chakra healing sessions. Thank you so much again and I hope to see you again soon. I'm sending you so much love and light and blessings. Take care and bye bye.
