In this session,
I'm gonna be combining distance Reiki with my Alpha Theta Frequency Sound Healing Music,
As well as powerful self-love affirmations to really help you cultivate a sense of self-love and peace and acceptance in yourself.
Self-love is such an important piece of our healing journey and really,
You know,
Our overall happiness and feelings of contentment in our life.
So I hope that this session brings you,
You know,
Deeper into that beautiful relationship with yourself because self-love is all about cultivating a relationship with yourself and really treating yourself like someone that you love and,
You know,
Being compassionate and thinking about if your sister or brother or family member or loved one or best friend were experiencing what you were experiencing,
You would treat them with love and care and compassion and respect.
So it's really extending that back towards ourselves when we are maybe,
You know,
Not feeling our best or maybe we didn't meet our expectations and really extending that kindness and compassion back towards ourselves.
So I invite you to go ahead and find a comfortable place to relax and receive because when we combine self-Reiki with,
Or when we combine Reiki with alpha and theta frequency sound healing music,
It creates a really powerful synergistic effect because our minds are more receptive to positive affirmations when they are in the alpha theta state.
And Reiki has been shown to create that state in our body and so does sound healing frequency music in the alpha theta state.
So we're creating this beautiful environment for your mind and your body to really receive these affirmations on a deep level.
So if you can get nice and relaxed,
That is the ideal way to receive this.
If you would like to have this going in the background of your day or while you're doing something else,
That's amazing as well.
But I would really encourage you,
Especially if you are on a journey with developing your self-love practice,
That you do this as often as you can in a relaxed state.
So perhaps at the beginning of your day or at the end of your day,
Or if you have a meditation time throughout your day as well.
So take a few moments to really settle in and get yourself nice and comfortable.
And once you have settled in,
I invite you to focus on your breath,
Inhaling deeply into your lung and gently exhaling all of the air out.
Inhaling deeply into your lungs and exhaling all of the air out.
And doing that one last time with me,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling.
Just releasing any tension and allowing yourself to be here in this present moment.
And if it feels nice,
You can continue on this breath cadence.
And I now invite you to bring your awareness to the crown of your head and your forehead and just start to gently relax the muscles,
The skin,
The tendons and ligaments,
Letting them soften,
Feeling the muscles around your eye gently soften and relax.
Letting the muscles in the space between your eyes soften and relax,
Smoothing away any of the tension that you may be holding there.
And feeling your jaw and your cheeks begin to soften,
Letting your tongue rest gently in the palate of your mouth,
Moving your awareness to your neck and shoulders,
Feeling them start to soften and any tension or stress you may be holding there just starts to gently soften and melt away,
Making space for your collarbones to spread and bringing your awareness now to your heart space,
Taking a nice deep inhale into your heart space and exhaling any tension or tightness there.
Feeling your whole body begin to relax as it softens down,
Feeling held and supported.
And if you have a particular intention for our session today,
I invite you to set that now.
And I'm gonna begin sending you distance Reiki.
And I invite you to repeat the affirmations after me,
Either in your mind or if you're in a space you feel comfortable repeating them out loud,
You can do so as well.
Or you're welcome to just let them wash over you and gently filter in to your subconscious mind,
Whatever you feel called to do in this moment.
I am worthy of love exactly as I am.
I am enough and I always have been enough.
I trust myself and my journey,
Knowing I am always growing and evolving.
My heart is open to receiving love from myself.
I am worthy of love exactly as I am.
I honor and respect my needs,
Feelings,
And boundaries.
I give myself the same kindness and compassion that I offer others.
I am enough and I always have been enough.
I release self-judgment and embrace self-acceptance.
I deserve happiness,
Love,
And all the good things life has to offer me.
I trust myself and my journey,
Knowing I am always growing and evolving.
My heart is open to receiving love from myself.
I choose to treat myself with love,
Patience,
And gratitude every single day.
And now I invite you to gently bring your awareness back to your breath,
Inhaling deeply into your lungs and gently exhaling all of the air out and taking a few more deep grounding breath,
Inhaling in and exhaling out.
Just repeating that a few more times as you start to begin to come back into your physical body on the space around you.
And when working with affirmations,
It's great if you can start to incorporate this into your daily practice,
Helping your body to reprogram any limiting subconscious beliefs that you may have and creating those new neural pathways that allow you to function at a higher level and create more joy and love and beauty in your life.
So you're welcome to come back to this session as often as you like.
Reiki has cumulative benefits as well.
So the more we practice and the more Reiki we have in our lives,
The better.
