In this session I have combined the healing power of Reiki with my soothing theta binaural beat music to promote deep relaxation and inner calm. Reiki helps release stress and tension while restoring energetic balance, and the theta music enhances this process by guiding the mind into a meditative, restful state. In today's session we are going to be doing a full body Reiki session and as well as a guided relaxation.

So I invite you to settle in to the surface beneath you and really get yourself as comfortable as possible so your body can really relax and receive this session today.

And once you are all settled in I invite you to start to focus on your breath,

Taking some nice deep inhales and exhales and just letting go of any tension or tightness in your body.

And if you haven't already,

Close down your eyes.

I invite you to do so now and start to let your shoulders drop away from your ears.

Allow your jaw to relax and let your body soften down.

And you can now set your intention to receive this session today,

Either for something particular that you'd like the Reiki energy to help you with.

Reiki energy is innately intelligent,

Spiritually guided universal life force energy,

So it knows exactly where to go and what you need help with.

So if you don't have a particular intention or area that you would like it to help you,

You can just set the intention to receive the energy now.

And as you continue to take nice deep inhales and exhales,

I'm going to begin sending Reiki energy to you now and I invite you to continue to focus on your breath if that feels comfortable for you.

Or you can just bask in the energy and follow my voice as the energy flows to you.

And I invite you to imagine that there is a warm gentle light beginning to shine down on the top of your head.

And as this light begins to shine on you,

You feel it spread peace and relaxation starting from the top of your head and moving down through your body.

Moving down from the top of your head,

Down your forehead,

The sides and back of your head,

Your face and jaw.

And everywhere this light spreads,

It releases any tension and leaves you with a feeling of deep relaxation and peace.

Moving down your shoulders and your neck,

Feeling your heart space.

Relax and open.

Feeling the muscles of your arms and forearms,

Hands and fingers.

Relax down as the light begins to spread down through to the tips of your fingers.

And now the light is warmly glowing through your stomach and abdomen.

Feeling the weight of your back and your body against that surface beneath you.

Feeling that surface holding you as your body relaxes down even further as this light spreads down further and further through your body.

Going down through your pelvis,

The light begins to shine down through your legs,

Letting go of any tension.

Feeling your legs resting heavy,

Your knees soften,

Your calves and shins soften down,

Your ankles,

Feet and toes soften down into the surface beneath you.

Until your whole body is filled with this beautiful,

Warm and peaceful white light.

And I invite you now to bask in this white light energy of Reiki as it fully envelops your whole body,

Bringing you whatever is in your highest good,

Filling you with peace and calm.

And I invite you to take a few minutes to rest here in this energy with me.

And when you're ready,

You can start to focus on your breath again.

Taking some nice deep inhales and exhales.

With each breath,

Grounding yourself back into the present moment.

Maybe beginning to take some tiny movements of your fingers or toes,

Giving yourself space and time as you come back.

And when you do feel called to take bigger movements,

Just really giving yourself grace and space.

Letting your body hold on to that sense of peace and relaxation that we just created.
