Chakra Reiki Healing Session

Hello and welcome to this chakra balancing Reiki session. My name is Bailey and I'm a Nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healing artist. And in today's session We're going to be sending Reiki energy to each of your seven main chakra centers to help balance And restore your energy centers there. I will also be playing sound healing tones created by Crystal bowls specifically tuned to each chakra as we move through your chakra system. You can Use this chakra Reiki session as part of your daily routine or whenever you are feeling like You need to bring more balance and harmony into your energy body. You can begin by closing down Your eyes and starting to take some nice deep inhales and exhales letting your body begin to Relax deeper and deeper with each breath that you take. And if you have been attuned to Reiki You can go ahead and activate and connect with yourself Reiki practice now following along as We move through your chakras. And if not you can set the intention to receive this Reiki session For your highest good and healing. I'm going to begin to send you Reiki energy And you can follow along and visualize with my voice or just relax into the energy. We are going to start at your root chakra which is located at the base of your spine And at this root chakra there sits a red flower and this red flower is a little wilted Maybe it needs a little bit of care or watering. So as we begin to send this red flower Reiki energy The flower begins to spin And with each spin of the flower the petals start to look a little healthier Maybe they start to unfurl and start to move towards becoming in full bloom And as the flower is spinning a tiny point of light begins to glow Red like a little ember at the center of the flower first it is glowing dimly but as the Energy begins to spiral around the flower the flower continues to spin on its axis The light begins to spiral out brighter and brighter from the center of the flower Until it starts to shine and glow from the center spreading down each of the beautiful red petals Until the flower is in its full bloom spinning smoothly and gently On its axis at your root chakra and next we move up to your sacral chakra and at this point Is an orange flower and this orange flower may be a little wilted needing of some nourishment Or restoration so we begin sending the orange flower Reiki energy and the orange flower starts To gently spin slowly at first and with each turn the petals begin to even out to look more hydrated And unfurl until they begin to look like they are reaching their full bloom and as the orange flower Is spinning you notice a tiny point of light at the center of the orange flower starting to glow Softly orange and as the flower spins this orange glow begins to spiral out from the center of the Flower slowly at first but with each spin growing brighter and brighter until this light begins to Shine down each of the petals causing the flower to glow a beautiful orange golden light Now the flower that sits at your sacral chakra is glowing in its full bloom Next we move up to your solar plexus chakra that sits just above your belly button And at this point is a yellow flower this flower may look like it needs a little bit of nourishment Or a bit of care so we begin to send this yellow flower the Reiki energy As the Reiki energy begins to swirl around the flower the flower starts to spin Slowly and gently at first and with each spin the petal begins to look healthier and healthier The petals start to unfurl filling out into their full bloom and as this flower is spinning on its Axis a tiny point of golden light begins to shine at the center of the flower Flower glowing softly at first it starts to brighten with each spin as the Reiki energy Envelops the flower coaxing this light to grow brighter and brighter And as the flower spins faster and smoother on its axis the flower begins to grow Brighter and brighter until the whole flower is in full bloom a beautiful yellow light Glowing from its center out all of the petals And as we move up to your heart chakra this flower is pink and green A pink center with green petals extending out And this flower is looking a little wilted maybe like it needs some tender loving care And as we begin to send the Reiki energy to this flower to help this flower heal Flower heal and open into its full potential and bloom the Reiki energy begins to gently Spin this flower on its axis slowly at first gently coaxing each petal to unfurl To fill out slowly into its full bloom And with each rotation the flower is blooming brighter and brighter And as the flower spins you notice a tiny point of light at the center glowing pink Pink and with each spin that light begins to get brighter and brighter until it starts to spread Down each of the petals helping to expand the petals out further and emitting a beautiful pink And green glow and as this flower begins to spin smoothly on its axis And sits in full bloom at your heart chakra We move up to your throat chakra where sits a blue flower And this blue flower looks a little closed off in need of some care to help it open To feel more comfortable fully expressing its true beauty So as we begin to send the Reiki energy to your throat chakra flower This flower begins to softly spin on its axis Slowly at first with each spin the petals of the flower gently begin to open And as they start to open you notice a tiny point of light at the center of the flower Glowing a soft blue at first and as the flower spins the Reiki energy swirls around it Swirls around it the flower begins to blow brighter and brighter As this blue tiny point of light starts to glow out from the center Spiraling out Eventually this light shines down each of the petals helping the flower to open up into its Full bloom glowing with a beautiful blue light that shines and shimmers with each spin Moving up to your third eye chakra now that sits at your forehead There is a beautiful purple flower that normally rests here only this flower is only halfway open Needing some tender loving care and nourishment to help coax it into its full bloom So we begin sending the Reiki energy to this flower that sits at your third eye chakra And the flower begins to gently spin on its axis Slowly at first but with the energy swirling around it helping to coax it open The flower begins to slowly come into its full bloom Helping you to connect with your seat of intuition And as it spins you start to notice a tiny purple light at the center of the flower Glowing softly at first with each spin the light grows brighter and brighter Helping to further expand the flower into its full beautiful bloom As it spins the flower begins to glow with a beautiful purple light Sparkling and shimmering down each of the petals And next we move to your crown chakra And there rests a white flower at the top of your head And this white flower looks a little droopy as if it needs some nourishment and attention So we start to send this white flower resting at the top of your head Reiki energy That begins to swirl around this flower helping it to spin on its axis And with each spin the flower gently begins to open up Each petal one by one Expanding revealing at its center a tiny white light that is shining from within the flower Softly at first the light is only a dim flicker But with each spin as the Reiki energy swirls around the flower It begins to open up petal by petal and the tiny point of light begins to spiral out From the center of the flower glowing down each petal It helps the flower begin to open up into its full beautiful white glowing bloom Shimmering and sparkling as it turns And now that all of the flowers resting at your chakra spaces are turning smoothly and smoothly Steadily in their space the light from all of the flowers begins to extend out into your aura Causing your aura to shimmer and shine with this beautiful rainbow of color Filling your auric field with this beautiful healing energy This energy envelops your body bringing whatever healing you need You can slowly begin to come back into this space Knowing that all of your chakras are now in perfect alignment and balance Maybe taking some time to stretch or yawn gently extending your arms overhead And allowing yourself time to slowly and gently come
