As parents we can feel like we are living in whirlwind of chaos sometimes. With all that's going on in our busy lives, we live in our heads and disconnect from our bodies and what they need. In this meditation, we will focus on grounding your energy, helping you to come back into your body and be present in the moment. We will begin this meditation with some breath work (box breathing) then we will do some grounding visualisation practice and end with some positive and empowering affirmations for a calm and happy parenthood journey. Ideally, listen to this meditation 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday perhaps) to support you throughout your busy week with your child/children.
