Welcome to this third trimester meditation if you've not done so yet please settle into a comfortable position in a place where you will not be disturbed and when you're ready please close your eyes to deepen your connection with your baby please place one or two hands on your pregnant belly and we're going to begin this meditation by taking some deep breaths in and out and this will help to boost oxygen flow around your body and down to your baby in the womb it's also going to aid the relaxation process so please breathe in deeply and slowly through your nose or your mouth whichever feels most comfortable for you and then breathe out gently and slowly through your mouth completely emptying your lungs on the exhale breathing in and feeling your tummy rise breathing out fully and feeling your tummy fall finding comfort in the present moment knowing there's nowhere else you need to be right now and nothing else you need to do other than be here with your baby focusing on your breathing and being guided by my voice focusing on calm deep inhalations and long gentle exhalations letting go of anything that isn't serving you whether that be anxiety,
Stress,
Tension,
Or discomfort let's add a calming mantra to your breathing pattern now as you inhale say to yourself in your mind,
I inhale calm and as you exhale say to yourself in your mind,
I exhale love noticing calm feelings entering your mind and your body as you breathe in and as you breathe out being aware of that deep loving bond that you and your baby share and just do this by yourself for a few moments now as you listen to the music in the background I inhale calm I exhale love well done now just allow your breathing to go at its natural pace the third trimester of pregnancy is such a special time your baby's hearing is fully developed by 28 weeks and they will be increasingly soothed and comforted by your voice and other familiar voices your baby's birthday is getting closer and closer and this is so exciting what I'd like you to do now is visualize your baby in your womb warm and safe and picture their heart beating strong and steadily and please give your baby bump a gentle stroke and then say the following words out loud to your baby repeating after me I love you so much my beautiful baby I am so blessed to be growing you inside my womb I am really looking forward to meeting you we are going to share a really calm birth experience together I can't wait to hold you in my arms well done as you continue to relax there with your baby I'm going to say a series of words to your baby as you continue to relax there with your baby I'm going to say a series of positive affirmations for your third trimester of pregnancy if you want to you can repeat each affirmation back to yourself in your mind after you hear each one say each affirmation out loud or just listen and allow your mind to absorb the powerful words keeping your body relaxed loose and letting these positive statements benefit you as you journey through the final weeks of your pregnancy I choose to enjoy my third trimester I love to feel my baby move inside my womb I love to see my baby bump grow I nourish my body and my baby with healthy foods I remember to stay well hydrated the love I have for my baby grows stronger every day I am excited about the future with my baby I breathe through any pregnancy discomfort with ease I take time to rest and nap if I need to I am focused on a calm and smooth birth experience I seek the support I need during my third trimester I am so excited about meeting my baby face to face my baby will be born at the perfect time I have patience with myself and my baby I take things one day at a time I harness the power and strength from other mothers around the world I deserve to have a joyful third trimester I deserve to experience a joyful birth Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to this third trimester meditation today and for setting aside some time to nurture your well-being and your baby's well-being during your pregnancy You're going to be an amazing mother to your baby I have complete faith in you and I hope you have faith in yourself as well For maximum benefit,
