Listen to this meditation every day for 21 days.

Close your eyes and find a comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your belly to expand,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Noticing your belly fall back down.

Now please place your hands on your lower belly as you continue to breathe in slowly through your nose and out slowly and gently through your mouth.

Just do this slow breathing by yourself for a few moments as you listen to the music in the background.

Now just allow your breath to flow at its natural pace and with your hands still placed on your belly,

Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your womb.

This light is full of love and cleansing energy,

The source of your feminine power.

As you visualize this golden light enveloping your womb,

I'm going to say a series of powerful fertility affirmations.

These affirmations will boost calm and confidence in yourself as you navigate through your conception journey.

If you want to,

You can repeat each affirmation back to yourself in your mind after you hear each one,

Or simply listen and absorb the energy behind the words.

My body is capable and strong.

My womb is fertile and perfectly healthy.

I can conceive my baby.

I know my baby is coming to me.

I welcome new life into my womb.

My body knows how to create and nurture new life.

I am patient and at peace with the timing of my conception journey.

I am grateful for my body and its amazing abilities.

I am open to conceiving my baby.

My womb is a warm and welcoming home for a precious baby to be created.

My eggs are strong,

Resilient and ready to thrive.

Every cell in my body aligns with conceiving a baby.

My hormones are balanced and stable,

Working precisely as they should.

My womb is a healthy sanctuary where life can grow.

I surrender to the natural timings of my body.

My baby will come to me at the perfect time.

I focus on taking good care of my body and nourishing it with healthy foods.

My mind is calm and peaceful.

My body is relaxed and at ease.

I allow the magic of conception to unfold within me now.
