Amenda is a trained pastoral counselor, ordained minister, and board certified mental health and wellness coach-in training with the NBHWC. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with honors through American Military University, and is thoroughly experienced in working with military affiliated people including spouses and combat veterans. These meditations are a welcoming retreat from the chaotic world we may find ourselves in. Through the flow of positive energy, follow the peaceful path to go within, be absorbed inside of yourself for a short 3-30 minutes of uninterrupted YOU time. Through the use of chimes, peaceful earth tones, asmr, and guided imagery you can be transported within to discover and learn what your higher self wants you to know, in this moment.
