And as you're snuggled up in your cosy space pod,
Feeling the gentle vibrations of the spacecraft begin to lift off,
You can hear the soft hum of the engines that are soothing and calming.
And as we take off and go up into the night sky,
It feels so safe and secure.
Just imagine the stars twinkling outside your window as you reach space through the sky.
Those stars twinkling are like tiny little night lights guiding us on our journey.
You're safe and secure,
Wrapped in a warm,
Comfortable blanket of relaxation.
And seeing the Earth below,
Looking out your window and beginning to float a little if you want to.
Looking out the window and seeing all the different things.
Perhaps you can see the stars,
The Earth,
The Moon.
It's so enjoyable just to float around,
Feeling so peaceful and safe,
Floating amongst the stars.
This weightlessness is relaxing and comforting,
Allowing you to let go of any tension.
And I wonder,
Do you have your favourite toy with you to float around your own spaceship?
There are different rooms in your spaceship,
Big windows to look out of and little windows to look out of.
There are even some snacks or drinks if you want,
But it feels so peaceful.
All the worries are left behind.
As we continue on our journey,
We come across beautiful planets.
Seeing yourself in your own spaceship,
Flying by these planets gently,
Really enjoying how amazing it is.
Each planet more incredible than the last.
Notice all the different colours and their energy soothing your mind.
One by one,
These planets pass by and you feel a sense of wonder and curiosity.
Letting go of any worries or thoughts from today or tomorrow.
Those worries and thoughts are like meteors fading away in the distance.
As you listen to the gentle cosmic lullaby,
The stars and planets are singing a gentle,
Soothing melody.
As you find your way to the most comfortable place in your own spaceship,
It's a bed where you're safe and secure and snug.
It's the perfect temperature.
You press a little button and you float gently down into that bed.
Sinking gently into the pillow and pull the comfortable blankets around you.
You can still look out a window and see the stars gently floating by.
Different planets here and there.
The incredible Milky Way,
Our galaxy.
Thoughts just drift and you can dream and begin to imagine a beautiful light around you.
Peace and calm and serenity guiding your body toward a beautiful,
Peaceful sleep.
