Find calm in only 5 minutes with gentle waves lapping on the shore and relaxing guided visualization and mindfulness. Clear stress and anxiety and feel the positive relaxing sensations in your body while your mind feels clear and calm. Listen with headphones sitting or lying down in a comfortable place. Make this your time. Don't listen while driving or doing anything needing your full concentration.

This is a recording to help you feel calm in five minutes Don't do anything that requires your full attention while listening to this Find somewhere relaxing to sit or lie down And take a breath all the way down to the tummy and then just let go of that breath Just like waves on a shore Breathing in a sense of calm and peace Tranquility Breathing out any tension,

Stress,

Worries of the day,

Or the week,

Or the month,

Or the year Really letting go of any tension or aches or pains in the body As if the gentle sounds of those waves Just take away anything you don't need any unhelpful thoughts Feelings or emotions while you breathe in A beautiful sense of calm through the mind And from the top of your head Right down to the toes And everywhere in between This is your mind This is your body And you can choose how to feel calm right now As you listen to the sound of the waves Gently lapping in And gently lapping out again You breathe in that calm and peace and tranquility And you breathe away any tensions or stresses fears or worries or limiting beliefs And every part of your body Knows how to relax deeply As your breath becomes more deeply relaxed and calm your heartbeat Just perfect Even imagining breathing in a color of calm and peace And just letting go Of any weight or burden You might be carrying Emotionally or physically Just choose to let it all go Welcoming in a sense of calm and peace A beautiful new energy in your body the perfect balance Through all parts of you As you take that breath all the way through those lungs right down to the tummy And then breathe out longer Really letting go You can listen to this as often as you wish to feel this sense of calm again And you can just drift off And your own beautiful relaxation Or just gently open the eyes and come all the way back feeling that calm
