Let your mind be like a blue sky and let the thoughts drift by like clouds.
There is nothing to fix,
No problems to solve,

Just rest in this moment.
When your mind wanders,
Simply notice it.
And rest in the blue sky of your mind and let your thoughts passing by like the clouds.
And bring retention back to your breathing and be present at this moment.
