Welcome to this water meditation brought with the beautiful and natural sounds on a cliff top of Tasmania with the sound of the waves and the ocean.
Take a moment to settle,
Finding your comfortable seat and hearing these natural sounds.
Just acknowledge and be aware of the sounds within the recording.
Everyone… As you settle into the practice,
Set an intention,
Something that you would like to release,
Perhaps that no longer serves you or others that you know,
To create some new space.
As you hear the sound of the waves,
Imagine them washing over the body.
The visions of change are gathering around you.
Traced upon solid rock,
Millennia years old,
Rooting you and supporting you.
Feel stable as the winds pick up.
Feel the cocoon of the earth as the water and wind wrap around you.
As you notice the space being created on your skin and within you,
Being washed and cleansed by the waves,
Being cleared by the winds.
You acknowledge any resistance.
You acknowledge any resistance.
Accept such resistance and with that acceptance,
Let it flow away.
Hear your heart beat.
Let it beat with the birdsong.
Notice the space of your heart strong and steady.
Amidst all this noise and all this movement,
Your heart beats steady and strong.
Listen for those natural bird calls.
That hidden song deep within your heart.
And as they bring you messages of love and joy,
Let them fill you with the answers to your intention.
With the grace of nature.
And as you are filled with that love,
That unconditional,
Gracious love,
That last remnants of resistance release.
Acknowledge yourself.
Radiating that love,
That love from mother earth.
Acknowledge the sounds that have soothed your senses.
Begin to become aware of the shape of your body.
Gently rubbing your hands together or on your thighs.
Start to come back into the space that you are in.
And yet hold within your heart all those elements that fill you with love at any time you choose to.
Just check in and come back into your heart.
Thank you for joining me for this meditation outdoors in nature.
May you have a wonderful day.
