Close your eyes,
Get yourself into a super cushy comfy position,
Make sure that you are fully supported,
Meaning your body is fully supported.
Pay attention to areas of your body that may require a little more support,
Perhaps behind your neck,
Head,
Your back,
Any part of your back,
Possibly more than one part of your back,
Shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hips,
Behind the knees,
Ankles and feet.
Make sure nothing is crossed,
So if your ankles are crossed please uncross them,
If your arms are crossed uncross those.
Do you wear glasses?
Take them off and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Let's just get breathing,
So breathing deeply,
Deeply,
Deeply in,
Hold your breath and let it all go.
Breathing in from all directions,
Pure white light.
That's who you are,
You are the light,
So you're just breathing more of what it is that you naturally already are in.
Breathe everything out omnidirectionally.
Now consciously as you breathe,
Pure white light in from all directions on top of you,
Under you,
In front of you,
Behind you,
Through your sides,
Through all your nooks,
Crannies,
Crevices and curves,
Filling the entirety of your body with pure white light.
Locate in your consciousness anything at all that is not of the light.
Gently surround whatever that is in the pure white light.
Drop your tongue and your jaw,
Exhale in the ah and just let it all go.
Let it go.
Okay and again breathing pure white light in from all directions,
Through your sides,
Front,
Back,
Underneath on top of you,
Through all the curves,
Crannies,
Nooks,
Crevices.
Hold that white light inside of you.
Locate any last vestiges of anything that may be of the light,
Gently cradle whatever that is in that pure white light and just let it go all directions every which way.
Just let yourself breathe gently,
Peacefully,
Easily breathing.
Pure white light in,
Pure white light out,
Pure white light out,
Pure white light in.
Breath is a circle.
There is no beginning,
There is no end,
There is no top to the breath,
There is no bottom to the breath,
It's a circle.
Around and around and around it goes.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Breathing out,
Breathing in.
Pure white light in,
Pure white light out,
Pure white light out,
Pure white light in.
Around and around.
And as breath is a continuum so too pure white light is a continuum inside your body,
Inside your body,
In the very very center of the marrow in your bones all the way through.
Not just filling everything but as everything.
All the way out to the hairs on your body,
Whether it's the hairs on your arms or legs or head.
And as you breathe pure white light in and pure white light out,
Pure white light out and pure white light in.
Now surround the whole of your body with pure white light,
Covering yourself entirely from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes,
Above you,
Beneath you,
In front of you,
Behind you,
Your sides.
And bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper and deeper.

Deeper.
Seven,
Deeper.
Six,
Deeper deeper and deeper.
Five,
Deeper,
Four,
Four,
Four,
Deeper,
Three,
Deeper,
Deeper and deeper,
And deeper,
Two,
Two,
Deeper,
One,
One,
Deeper,
And deeper,
And deeper.
Inside the privacy of yourself,
Identify a couple of addictions that you have to deal with.
Do that again without judgment.
Do that again with no judgment,
Not like a good or a bad or a right or a wrong.
That's a good addiction,
That's a bad addiction,
Just an addiction or two that you know you have.
Locate your consciousness in your heart.
Find the place in the center of you where whatever it is that you're addicted to just exists.
It has been part of your life for a long time and just granted being.
Allow for it,
Nothing in particular to pull into your self,
Equally nothing to push away from yourself.
It just simply exists.
In allowing this addiction or these addictions to simply be,
Surround that addiction whether it is a feeling or a thought,
You might see a scene from it,
You might be able to play it out in your mind what happens when that addiction kicks in.
You might just simply be the words or just the knowing.
Surround some version of that addiction with pure white light and allow yourself the space that just granting it being gives to you.
Notice without fighting it or even just saying,
I wish I weren't that way.
There is in fact room for some other way to be or something else to do to arise.
That space is a gift.
Allow yourself that space.
And now set an intention for yourself that when faced with this addiction that you can and will take the moment to steer yourself to expressing and experiencing being,
The love that you are.
You have a vast world of choices available.
If you just simply notice when,
Notice when you are about to do one of your addictions and in that space grant yourself the wondrous gift of choosing what they want,
What you want for your life as an experience,
But an expression of being the love that you are,
The light being that you are.
The gift in this world that you are.
I'm going to count up now from one to nine as I do bring with you the space that you have around your addictions and allow your consciousness to rise from level to level with the numbers.
One,
Two,
Three.
Feel your conscious mind arising and have an awareness of the space around your addictions,
Opening up an infinite number of other choices.
Four,
Five,
Six.
Begin to feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The air around your precious body,
The air inside your precious body,
And have an experience of the space that you now have around your addictions.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Gently open your eyes,
Allowing yourself to be in your body,
Fully inhabiting your body,
Breathing in space around your addictions and breathing out a beyond able to count options other than those addictions.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold that.
Allow the space that wasn't there before to be you and let all that go.
