All right,
Meditating,
Get your body comfortable and fully supported.
Support any body parts that need extra support.
If you have any body parts,
I repeat,
If you have any body parts that need extra support,
Please provide that.
Make sure that your head is well supported so it doesn't jerk one way or the other and if it is okay to let it go down then do that but otherwise please make sure you're either lying down or that you have pillow or something behind your head or a chair to make sure that your head is fully supported.
Remember this is about including which is really perfect inside of discernment.
It is about including.
It's including all of these die parts.
It's including everything that is finding different aspects for discerning,
Different aspects of life in your meditation may you discern and continue as including,
Including,
Including that doors open and close,
Sirens go by,
Dogs bark,
The phone will ring,
Things like that.
Just include,
Allow it,
Accept it,
Your thoughts will happen until they don't.
They might creep back in again.
Just include and move on.
If you wear glasses,
Take them off.
This is a little bit of a mix in how to circuit your body so I ask that you have your three fingers together that would be your thumb pointer and middle finger or in Eastern traditions called fire finger because there is in fact a major heart line that goes like physically you're you have a major blood line that goes all the way to your heart from there.
So those three fingers thumb pointer and middle finger very gently and if they come apart that's okay.
It's an energetic connection and feet flat on the floor.
So this is grounding and at the same time within your system.
If you are in a position where your knees are falling apart from each other the trick to that is to separate your feet while they are flat on the floor and let your knees fall in toward each other so that it takes no work to hold your knees up.
Take a deep breath.
Hold that breath.
I can tell with everyone there are times when discernment has not been the rule of the day.
Just let all that go into the breath.
Sniff in a little bit more air.
Hold that.
Drop your tongue and your jaw and let it all go.
Do that again.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold your breath and please notice that discernment doesn't mean again being right or wrong or winning or losing.
Just as the ability to see or perceive or somehow know all all these wonderful different pieces.
Sniff in a little bit more air and gently with your breath embrace all the pieces of you that has not been discerning and that is the way to go.
Drop your tongue in your jaw and just exhale and let all that go.
And again.
Breathing a deep breath in.
Holding that breath and whatever there is going on in your life that is just seeming a little off whatever it is that's on tilt gently place whatever that is into the breath.
Sniff in just a wee bit more air and then drop your tongue your jaw exhale just let all that go.
And now just breathe.
Feel as your body lets go from that exhale.
Just releases and as you breathe in deliberately breathe pure white light in to your whole body.
Filling the whole of your body from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes with pure white light.
Filling every morsel of you with pure white light universal energy God consciousness.
And as you exhale exhale pure white light out into the universe.
Exhaling out into our precious and delicate and strong world.
That same universal consciousness God consciousness everythingness.
Notice as you breathe pure white light in filling the entirety of your system all of the solids all of the liquids all of the air with pure white light that your whole body expands as you do that.
And notice how your body contracts as you breathe that kind of purity of being out into the world and how beautiful that is.
We give and we take.
Trees give us oxygen,
Carbon dioxide helps trees breathe.
How perfect and yet different parts.
It's the discerning.
It's the give and the take and the allowing to be.
It is part of the perfection that adds up to the balance of being.
And as you breathe pure white light in and you breathe pure white light out now also surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Covering all the nooks and crannies all the crevices all of the roundness is the parts of you that go out the parts of you that go in filled with surrounded by pure white light.
Who you are is a being of pure white light both within and without and everything in between.
Bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper and deeper.
Eight deeper and deeper seven six seven deeper and deeper six deeper and deeper five deeper and deeper four Four.
Four.
Deeper.
Three.
Deeper.
Four.
Two.
Deeper.
Deeper.
One.
Deeper.
And deeper.
One.
Allow to surface in your consciousness or a system or a situation.
And be resolved in your life.
Allow yourself to see as many of the components of this situation as you can possibly discern without judgment of good or bad without right or wrong without opinion either celebrating or condemning.
Simply what's so allow yourself to step back from whoever or whatever that is wisely electing to surround that person or that event with pure white light.
All of it.
Even if it's over time.
Exercise your ability to infuse that person or that event with pure white light.
Bring your consciousness into your heart as an energy center,
Your heart chakra or to ferret.
It's the combination of the heart and solar plexus meaning beauty.
Bring your consciousness right there.
Feel it.
Know it.
And with that energetic impulse infuse whoever it is,
Or whatever the situation is from your heart or from to ferret with that love and that light of being.
Allowing yourself to both be in your own steadfast beingness and allowing that person or that situation to be right where they are.
If you are called to be or do anything with regards to that person or that situation.
Not to save them.
Not to prove how lovable,
You are solely and purely,
Only because it is the right action for you.
Or not.
And if it is not allow yourself to simply be where you are loving that person or that situation exactly as it is or love them exactly as they are.
At some level of your consciousness,
Inform that person or that situation that you will always be here,
Loving it,
Loving it as is.
Allow yourself within yourself to balance within you doing and non doing always simply letting be.
You know,
If there is something for you to do or not trust yourself.
Look to see if doing is extending you beyond what is actually yours.
Your path,
Your journey,
Your being or if it is part of your path,
Your journey,
Your being allow yourself to discern from love with love for love.
Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to be exactly where you are in harmony within you.
Give a deep breath out.
Take another deep breath in and allow yourself to be not necessarily to do only doing if that is in harmony with your being.
Give a deep breath out.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Allow yourself to come with your consciousness and begin integrating what you know in all levels of being with your conscious mind.
123 feel your conscious mind rising 456 feel yourself in your body,
Where and how you are sitting or lying down the air inside your body the air around your body 789 open your eyes and allow yourself to take residence within you discerning being being and knowing what is yours to do and what is yours to let be gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present here and now with the capacity to do what is yours to do and to let be always providing love always providing love
