Get your body into a really comfortable position.
Make sure your head is fully supported.
Make sure you have any extra support that you might need for your shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands,
Knees,
Back,
Ankles,
Anything at all.
And if you wear glasses,
Please take them off.
And just breathe.
Take a deep breath in.
Give a deep breath out.
Take another deep breath in.
And give a deep breath out.
And this time as you breathe in,
Breathe pure white light in from everywhere,
Omnidirectionally,
Literally everywhere.
And when you give that deep breath out,
Just let it be whatever that is that comes out of you.
Just trust that the universe,
The sun,
The earth itself has the capacity to absorb and transmute whatever energy comes its way,
Molten heat at the center of the earth,
That burning ball of gas we call our sun,
Like a phoenix from the ashes.
Whatever energy you release will be transmuted and come back as something healing.
You could define what if you want to choose something.
Saving the rhino or the whales or the seas or the Amazon,
Rainforest,
Finding a cure for or a vaccine for coronavirus,
Feeding hungry children,
Whatever it is you want.
Make something that works for you or just leave it to the universe to take care of it and it will.
Pure white light coming in from everywhere,
Filling the entirety of your body with pure white light,
Filling you from the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes,
Filled with pure white light.
Notice if there are any exceptions and then fill those areas with pure white light and then exhale everywhere,
Going every which way.
Just letting it all out of you.
And again,
Breathing pure white light in,
Down and up and in and through.
Locate anything at all in you that is not of that pure white light.
Any cradle,
Whatever that is inside of that pure white light.
Sniff in just a little bit more light and now let it go.
Exhaling out in all directions,
Omnidirectionally.
Let it all go.
And now just breathe in and out as fully as you can,
Breathing in as fully as you can,
Breathing out.
And follow the breath.
Follow the breath going in from all those directions.
Follow that pure white light as it enters into your body and exhale,
Following that.
Notice how your breath is cooler on the way in,
Warmer on the way out.
Notice how your body expands as you breathe in and contracts as you breathe out.
Notice how satisfying breathing in is and how satisfying breathing out is.
And now surround the whole of your body with pure white light.
Covering every nook,
Every cranny,
Every crevice.
Covering all the roundnesses,
All the pockets.
Who you are is a being of pure white light within and without and everything in between.
And now just allow yourself to feel and breathe.
It's what you're doing anyway.
Just feel and breathe and let whatever you're feeling take you deeper and let each breath take you deeper and deeper.
Breathing in,
Going deeper.
Breathing out,
Going deeper.
Going deeper still,
Feeling what you feel and going deeper.
And as you let go,
Notice how much easier it is not thinking that you have to control anything.
Notice that when it comes to being authentic,
You can't really lie to yourself.
You know what you think.
You know what you feel.
Notice that it really doesn't matter who knows anything about you.
Really so what if they do?
Notice how safe it is to just simply be exactly who you are with everything you have done,
Everything you have said,
Every way that you have been that has brought you to this moment.
And there is no way anybody can use any of it to actually hurt you.
In fact,
All there is,
Is simply being.
Recognize that there is really nothing anybody can say or do that can damage the essence of you.
So you can literally be exactly as you are.
And what a relief that is.
How freeing that is.
Notice that all of your feelings are transient.
They come and they go and they change and they morph.
There is nothing that stays.
Even when you love somebody,
That love has infinite feeling and expression.
So being authentic,
Invariably by the time anything comes out of your mouth and sharing anything about you,
It is something that is past.
And it's no longer true.
Even if it's,
I love you,
Which is true always and forever,
How I love you in this moment is different than how I loved you a moment ago.
Let yourself be exactly as you are.
And know that you can freely share anything about you because everything you share by the time you share it will have come and gone.
So you get to be authentic about something that's past.
I'm going to begin counting up from one to nine.
As I do,
Let your consciousness rise level to level with the numbers.
When I say the number nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be present in your body exactly where you are,
Exactly as you are and love yourself just that way.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel your conscious mind arising,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Begin to just feel yourself in your body where and how you are sitting or lying down,
The breath coming into your body,
Breath going out of your body,
The air around you,
The clothing on your skin.
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Gently open your eyes and allow yourself to be literally exactly as you are and exactly as you are not.
And really remember,
Everything you share about yourself by the time it comes out of your mouth is something that is now in the past because that moment has come and gone.
