Ask your ears to listen and to pay attention.
Just allowing yourself to sit there in your seat and to feel good.

You are going to take a journey in your imagination.
As your eyes are closed,
Imagine that you look down in front of you and there's a magic carpet just floating there.
It seems to be waiting there just for you.
What color is it?
Notice its color,
Notice its shape.
Maybe you're curious about what it can do.
Why don't you get on and see how it feels as you are sitting on the soft,
Colorful magic carpet.
It starts to fly.
And while you are writing,
You know that you are safe and you feel completely relaxed writing on this magic carpet.
Feeling good,
Feeling calm,
Feeling relaxed.
It's very peaceful flying through the warm air.
There might even be some clouds around you.
As you are writing,
You look down and you see a glistening lagoon beneath you.
The carpet takes you close to the water and there are tiny colorful fish weaving in and around some stones.
Tiny bubbles rise to the surface of the water making little fizzing noises as they pop.
And the carpet takes you close enough for you to dip your fingers into the warm pool and swirl them through the water as the carpet flies along.
Looking behind you,
You can see the watery trail that your fingertips are leaving.
Now gently up,
Up,
Up the carpet flies again.
This time it turns and you can see mountains in the distance.
The moon is shining brightly and the stars are twinkling.
You feel so close to the stars that you can almost reach out and touch one.
Flying over the mountains now,
You see that they are dusted in snow.
The snow sparkles and shimmers in the moonlight like jewels on a treasure chest.
There on the horizon you see some bears rolling and playing in the snow.
The carpet flies you close enough so that you can wave.
Now the carpet starts to slow down its flight.
You know that you have many explorations ahead of you.
Maybe you can feel excited as you think about your next adventure.
Knowing that you can take this magic carpet out for a ride in your imagination any time that you want.
Now gently begin to allow your attention to come back to your body and to gently wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes and come back to where you are sitting.
