Close your eyes and see in your imagination.

The adventure within is about to begin.

Take three long,

Deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feel your body relaxing more and more with each breath you take.

Let your body melt into a comfortable position.

Good.

Now say to yourself,

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am calm,

I am relaxed.

Wonderful.

Now imagine a pond.

The pond can be as big or as small as you want it to be.

There's even a little waterfall that trickles gently into the pond.

Listen to the sound of the gently bubbling water.

The water is crystal clear in the sunlight.

The sunbeams touch the water and make it sparkle.

This pond is filled with fish.

There can be as many fish as you would like in the pond.

Some of the fish are happy.

They're swimming quickly all around.

They seem to know just where they are going.

Some of the fish seem sad,

Worried,

Or scared.

They're swimming toward the bottom of the pond.

They don't have very much energy.

Can you tell which fish are worried?

Just watch the fish.

Now looking at the sad fish,

Ask them what they're worried about.

Ask them what they're scared of.

What worries do they need to let go of in order to feel more calm,

More relaxed?

You might see a picture or sense a feeling about why the fish are worried.

Listen to their answers.

Notice there are bubbles everywhere in the water.

Watch as the bubbles rise to the water's surface and pop.

Watch the bubbles rise up and disappear.

As you focus on what worries the sad fish need to let go of in order to feel better,

Start to place the worries within the bubbles.

Just put the worry inside the bubble and watch the bubble quietly move to the surface of the water.

Watch it pop and disappear.

Use as many of the bubbles as you need until all of the worries are gone.

How do the sad fish feel now?

How are they swimming?

What is their energy like?

Ask the fish if they need anything else in order to feel better.

Go ahead and give the fish whatever they need.

Good.

Stepping back from the pond and the waterfall,

Watch the fish.

Notice the sunbeams dance on the water.

Let's send some love and happy thoughts to the fish in the pond.

Let your happy thoughts flow with the sunbeams to touch the water and the fish.

The water is bright and cheerful.

As you watch,

You see a rainbow reflected in the sunlight on the water.

This rainbow is bringing blessings to the fish,

Blessings to the water,

Blessings to you as you watch it.

Relax as you watch the rainbow and rest in the colorful light until you are ready to open your eyes.
