Find a comfortable place on the floor lying down or sitting.
Close your eyes if it feels comfortable.
Begin by taking three deep breaths in.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Feel your tummy expand like a balloon.
As you breathe out through your mouth,
Feel your tummy fall down flat.
Allow the floor to hold you.
Feel your body melting right there into the floor.
See now if you can just relax for a few moments and feel each of your body parts melting into the floor.
See how relaxed it can be.
Now in your imagination,
Imagine that you are a flower.
Feel your roots growing down,
Down,
Down into the earth.
Feel your leaves reach out on each side of you.
You are growing up into the sunlight.
Good.
Feel the warm sun on your leaves and the deep soft earth between your toes and your roots.
Feel the sun rise up into the sky.
See what color your petals are.
Notice the shape of your petals.
Maybe they are soft,
Maybe they are sticky,
Maybe they are slick.
Just feel what it feels like as your petals sway a little in the breeze.
You are a very beautiful flower.
Every part of you is connected to the world around you.
You are getting food from the earth,
Light from the sun,
Rain from the clouds.
You are completely taken care of just where you are.
As you feel yourself being a flower,
Know that you are enough just as you are,
Full and complete.
Being who you are is enough.
Being who you are is enough.
Being your heart.
Being your mind.
Being who you Right in this moment.
Feel what it feels like to be who you are.
Feel how beautiful you are.
Breathe.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Imagine how this beauty that is you is now transformed into a blue light.
And as you're breathing,
Or breathing in and breathing out,
You feel this blue light traveling from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
And as you are breathing in and out,
You feel this blue light traveling all the way from your toes now up to your ears in the top of your head.
Imagine this blue light filling up all of you.
Beautiful.
Now that you have breathed in that beautiful blue light into every part of you,
Feel how you have the beauty of the flower inside.
Feel how you are enough and you have everything you need.
Begin to bring your attention back to your body.
Gently wiggle your fingers.
Gently wiggle your toes.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
