Slow Sighing Guided Breathing For Anxiety Relief
Release anxiety and bodily tension with slow sighing breathing. This track begins with a brief intro, leading to 10 minutes of 'sighing' breathing. By slowing down the breathing and actively sighing, you will begin to relax and release. I have also released another track (by the name '10 Minutes Of Slow Sighing Breathing') that skips the intro and just has the breathing if you would prefer that option!
