The Source Within Us

We start by calming the mind and then we start to look deep within where we find the source of all love and all light. From here we start to understand the nature of the energy that created the universe - the light and unconditional love. And we start to realise that a spark of this divine light always remains within us. We do not need to look or to search. It is deep inside us all and always has been.
