Through the passages,
Right up towards the tip of the nose.

Feel the breath entering at the nostrils,
Reaching down,
All the way into the lungs.
The oxygen entering from the lungs into the blood stream.
Feel the carbon dioxide entering into the lungs.
Feel it escaping via the breath each time you breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Feel the mind coming to silence,
Stillness,
As it focuses on the breath.
Breathe in,
The ribcage expands.
Breathe out,
The ribcage contracts.
Stillness,
Silence centres the mind.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Connect the mind to the breath and observe how stillness grows within.
Use this feeling,
This sensation of stillness,
As your motivation to focus on the breathing.
Keep connecting your awareness more and more to the breathing.

You connect to a white light deep within your heart.
You see the white light growing from a spark into an intense white light that starts to fill your entire heart.
You become aware of the energy there.
It's an energy you remember from long ago.
You go back to the days when you were a child.
Even the feelings you had when you were a small baby.
You feel an intense love there,
An unconditional love.
And this love permeates,
Fills your heart completely,
Fills your entire body.
Nothing but love remains within.
You start to recognise more and more this quality of love,
Of unconditional love that's filling your heart.
You realise that as you grew older,
You searched the entire world for this love.
You looked for it in other people.
You looked for it in goals,
In places,
In achievements.
But it was deep inside you all this time.
You never needed to look.
The only reason you looked was to realise that this love you've always searched for,
It's not in the outside world.
The spark that you see and feel inside your heart was always there.

The spark of the divine light that created the entire universe was planted inside you.

You've searched the entire universe looking for this flame.
But it was always here,
Hidden within your heart.
There's no place left to look.
It's always been inside you.
All the love you've ever searched for.
You don't need to go anywhere,
Do anything,
Achieve anything.
It's here deep within your heart.
And as you look closer and closer at the flame,
You recognise the nature of the love that's here.
And you realise that this love is completely unconditional.
It has no limits,
No boundaries.
It forgives completely.
It's unending like a stream.
This is what you've searched for your entire life.
This light,
This love is deep inside you.
And it seeks not to divide,
But to unite,
To unify.
Because that's the nature of true love.
And it lies not within just your heart,
But within the heart of every being on this earth.
You just need to look and search.
But once you've seen,
Recognised,
Known that the source of all love and life is within you,
It's easier to see it,
Observe it,
Than the rest of the creation.
The rest of the creation that was filled with the same love,
The same light,

It brings you back to your true source of love and light.
It melts everything within your heart,
All the tensions,
All the pains,
All the hardness you've ever known.
It teaches you to forgive,
To let go.
It fills you completely with light,
With a light of infinite love,
Unlimited love,
A love that knows how to soften,
How to expand,
How to melt all the tensions within you.
Everything within your heart starts to dissolve.
The light within you shines brightly.
Softens,
Reminds you of the nature of true unconditional love and reminds you that this unconditional love is here inside you whenever you need it,
Whenever you want it.
There's no searching left to be done.
Your entire heart fills with love,
Fills with the love of the source that you've always searched for and you recognise the quality of this love as unending,

Generate warmth in the palms.
Take the bottoms of the palms above the eyes,
Bring warmth back into the eyes and slowly move your hands away,
Very slowly,
Keeping the light of love alive within your heart,
Very slowly start to open the eyes,
Keeping the connection alive.
