Today we are going to remind ourselves that we are safe.

Let's journey through the cleansing breath for our meditation today.

Make sure you're comfortable at home,

Seated,

Laying down,

Whatever feels right for you.

For a cleansing breath,

We're just going to make sure our lips are closed and our teeth are parted for the inhale.

Let's begin.

Closing the lips,

Parting the teeth,

Gentle inhale through the nose.

Open the mouth and sigh it out.

Smooth inhale through the nose.

And release.

Making sure our lips are closed.

Again,

Soft inhale through the nose.

Open and sigh it out.

And we'll just continue on.

Gentle and smooth inhales through the nose.

Open the mouth,

Let it out.

Unclench your jaw.

Continuing on.

Slow inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Release it all.

Gentle inhale through the nose.

And release.

Release it all.

Gentle inhale through the nose.

And sigh it out.

Drop them shoulders down.

Continuing on.

Inhale through the nose.

Fill that belly up as much as you can without feeling labored.

Exhale it out.

Let's go together three more times.

Closing the lips,

Parting the teeth,

Unclenching the jaw.

Smooth inhales through the nose.

Open the lips,

Sigh it out.

Just a few more and I invite you to repeat to yourself,

I am safe.

I am safe.

Seal that with a great big smile.

Just for a few moments,

Feel it in your body,

In your bones,

In your mind that I am safe.

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhale,

Let it out.

Gentle inhale through the nose.

Release it out.

I am safe.

One more time.

I am safe.

Let's seal that with one more cleansing breath.

Close the lips,

Part the teeth,

Inhale through the nose.

Nice and loud.

Sigh it out,

My friends.

I am safe.

I'm proud of you.

Keep going,

My friend.

That was so beautiful and relaxing, and your voice was perfect! I really needed this meditation since I’ve been so stressed out since the election ended a couple days ago. I should do this meditation several times a day! IJust listening to your voice helps me feel better.!!!
