Drop them shoulders down.

Fill that belly up as much as you can without feeling labored.
Exhale it out.

Unclenching the jaw.
Smooth inhales through the nose.
Open the lips,
Sigh it out.
Just a few more and I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I am safe.

Seal that with a great big smile.

Feel it in your body,
In your bones,
In your mind that I am safe.
Inhaling through the nose.
