Good morning.
Let's start off our day in a mindful way.
We're going to connect together and take some breaths together.
Whenever you're ready,
Find yourself in a nice comfortable seated position.
And from here,
Nice and gentle,
We're gonna take some slow breaths.
We're gonna inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
And again,
Inhaling through the nose.
Big loud audible exhale,
Let it out.
One more time.
And as we continue to connect with our breath,
We are going to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And we're just going to say some kind words to ourselves.
We're just going to start our day in a mindful way,
Adding a little bit of positivity.
And I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I choose to feel good about myself today.
I choose to feel good about myself today.
And just go ahead and repeat that mantra to yourselves as many times as necessary.
If that mantra doesn't feel right for you today,
You can repeat to yourself,
I am safe or simply today is going to be a great day.
We're inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Unclench your jaw,
No biting your tongue.
Relax your cheeks and the space between your eyebrows.
Relax your shoulders and scan your body.
Relax as much as you can.
I choose to feel good about myself today.
And put a great big smile on your face because it's going to be a wonderful day today.
We are choosing to feel good about ourselves today.
We are choosing positivity instead of negativity today.
Connecting with our breath and also connecting with each other.
Inhale positivity through your nose.
Exhale everything that you don't need today.
Inhaling through the nose,
Loud audible exhale,
Let it go.
Continue to feel that breath and where it's going in your body.
Notice as we inhale our belly rises and notice the breath pass through our ribs and our chest coming to the back of our throat and out our mouth.
And from here I invite you to list one thing that you're truly grateful for today,
Whatever it may be,
And seal it with a smile.
Look for those little things in life that feel great.
We'll just take a few more breaths together.
And from here let's take three cleansing breaths.
Nice and big inhale through the nose,
Loud audible exhale,
Let it go.
And again inhaling through the nose,
Loud audible exhale,
Let it all out.
And one more time.
And I invite you to repeat to yourself one more time,
I choose to feel good about myself today.
Put a great big smile on and take all this good energy you just created and let's bring it into our day.
