Welcome,
Mama.
Let's take a few moments to connect to our breath together.
Go ahead and find a nice cozy space in your house.
If you have to walk into another room because of the children,
Go ahead and find that spot.
And once you're there,
Go ahead and find a nice comfortable seated position.
Or you can also take a moment to lie down.
And from here,
We're just going to give our hands a good shake.
And as we're shaking our hands,
We're going to inhale through our nose.
Loud audible exhale through the mouth.
Let's do that again.
Big inhale through the nose.
Loud exhale out.
One more time.
And go ahead and release your hands nice and comfortably in your lap.
And let's begin.
Option to breathe in through the nose,
Out through the nose,
Or in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Yogi's choice today.
Whichever feels right for you.
Just take a moment.
Sit back.
Scan your body.
Notice where all the spaces that are feeling tight or achy,
But also notice all the spaces that are feeling really good too.
Unclench your jaw,
No biting your tongue.
Relax your cheeks and the space between your eyebrows.
Drop your shoulders.
And we're just going to take a moment and recite a positive affirmation to ourselves today.
I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
Again,
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
And go ahead and repeat that to yourselves as many times as necessary.
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
Follow your breath in your body as you recite this mantra to yourself.
Feel your belly rise as you inhale.
Feel that breath travel past the ribs and into your chest and out the back of your throat.
We're just taking a few moments to connect together.
Let's put a great big smile on our face today and know that you are doing a great job,
Mama.
You're doing so wonderful.
You are exactly what your children need today and every day.
Smile nice and big and really feel in your body that you're doing the very very best that you can.
And your children are happy and they are safe and they are supported.
They are so lucky to have a mama like you to help them through life and guide them and to show them how life can be wonderful and to show them grace on those hard and bad days.
Keep breathing.
And let's repeat that mantra to ourselves again.
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
And seal that with a great big smile.
You are doing a wonderful mama.
So amazing.
I know it's hard and challenging at times but that's okay.
Nothing good ever comes easy,
Right?
Just sit here in this moment connecting with your breath and knowing that your child is supported because of how good of a mother you are.
I know it might not feel like you're a good mom every day but I promise you every single day you are a fantastic mama.
And your kids think that you're a fantastic mama too.
We inhale slow and exhale even slower.
And go ahead and place both your hands over your heart space.
Feel this heart space.
Feel your heart beating.
Know that you are a perfect mama just the way you are.
And know that your children love you very much for being exactly the mama that you are.
I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
I support my child's learning by giving them tools,
Encouragement,
And support.
Keep breathing mama.
If it's hard and difficult for you today just know that it does not rain forever.
Just you allowing yourself this few minutes to connect with your breath is going to benefit you mentally,
Physically,
And spiritually.
And from here gently relax your hands back to your lap.
And we're just gonna take a few cleansing breaths together just like how we began.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling out the mouth.
Great big inhale through the nose.
Loud audible exhale,
Let it out mama.
And again.
One last time inhaling through the nose.
Loud audible exhale,
Let it go.
And go ahead and put a nice big smile on and know that you are doing a wonderful job.
I can't say that enough mama,
You got this.
You are doing fantastic and if you haven't heard it today I am so proud of you.
Your children are so proud of you.
Your family is so very proud of you.
Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
Thank you for connecting together and connecting with your breath and just taking a moment to change the mood.
It will really have a benefit to your day.
And I thank you so much for connecting with me and go ahead and take this good energy you just created and go out there and conquer your day with your children.
They're waiting for you mama.
I'll see you soon.
