Welcome!
Let's find a nice seated position somewhere in our house that is just a little bit quiet for just a few moments.
Go ahead and sit cross-legged if that's comfortable for you or an option to lay down as well if that is more suitable for you today.
And go ahead and just take your hands and give them a little shake.
We're just gonna shake them up and down and all around just for a moment.
Shaking our hands like this can really help us to remain more still,
Getting the wiggles out if you will.
And go ahead and release.
And from here in our cozy meditation spot,
Go ahead and either put your hands in your lap or your hands out on your knees.
Option to have palms up or palms down,
Whichever feels right for you today.
And we're going to just take a few cleansing breaths.
We're going to breathe in through the nose and out through the nose.
We breathe slow and exhale even slower.
A few more times.
Go ahead and unclench your jaw,
No biting your tongue.
Relax your cheeks and the space between your eyebrows.
Let that to-do list go.
We're going to have just a few moments to ourselves.
And I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
And go ahead and repeat that to yourselves as many times as necessary.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
And go ahead and put a great big smile on your face.
Seal that with a smile.
Know that you are strong and confident in everything that you do every single day.
Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
Keep focusing on your breath.
Go ahead and follow your breath in your body.
Know that when you inhale your belly will expand like a balloon.
And when you exhale that breath is going to travel from the belly past the ribs up to the chest and out the back of our throats.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
And as you continue to breathe and connect with your breath I invite you to list one time in your life that you felt super confident and that you knew that you could achieve what you wanted to achieve in that very moment.
Bring yourself back to that feeling and how that feeling comforted you and made you feel stronger.
Even when we're feeling down in life we can always just take a few minutes to ourselves finding a quiet spot somewhere and just taking a few breaths.
A few moments to ourselves really goes a long way.
And from here let's go ahead and put one hand on our chest and one hand on our belly.
And as you breathe feel that breath in your body.
I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I am strong and confident in everything that I do.
I am strong and confident in everything I do.
Allow your hands to feel that confidence in your heart space right now.
Know that you can achieve great things,
Great small things,
And great large things.
Just take a few more breaths.
And from here go ahead and rest your hands.
Give them another little shake.
Go ahead and give them a shake.
And let's take three giant cleansing breaths in the nose and out through the mouth.
You may rest your hands.
Great big inhale through the nose.
Loud audible exhale let it out.
And again inhale through the nose.
Let it out.
And one last time.
Know that this time that you take for your self-care will have a positive impact on you mentally,
Physically,
And spiritually.
Know that you are strong and confident in everything that you do.
