Being yourself means you like who you are. Being yourself means living life how you want to live it,, regardless of the opinions of others. Discovering the joy of just being yourself is incredibly liberating.

Welcome to finding the joy in being you.
Whether you choose to be lying down or sitting,
Just make yourself comfortable.
Feel your body just start to recognize that you are here in your space.
If you haven't done so already,
Breathing in,
Breathing out with a sigh,
Closing your eyes whenever you feel ready to.
Just gently breathing in and breathing out.
Relax.
Enjoying this calm space.
Just arriving.
Just arriving into you before we dive deeper.
Deeper into the joy of being you.
Drawing that breath in deep down in between our ribs.
Getting fully in and then letting it all go slowly with an audible sigh.
Feeling your breath fill your body and then just letting it go.
Feeling the breath fill the body and then just gently letting go.
Noticing how nice it feels just to be.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing to do.
Your only task is to listen to the sound of my voice.
Not so much thinking about how we can meditate to get to that feeling but more that it is just nice to be here right now in the present moment.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Relax.
Just be.
Feel warm sunshine on your skin.
Slowly coming to the top of your head.
Imagine now.
We are all together.
Sitting on a wide ledge at an expensive resort under a small waterfall.
The waterfall is gently pouring down over the top of your head.
Your chest and shoulders.
Softly flowing down your arms.
Past your elbows,
Down past your forearms,
Past your wrists.
Flowing right down to the tips of your fingers and slowly flowing off of you.
The sun is warm.
The water is warm.
It feels like warm honey.
The waterfall is still flowing as you deeply breathe in and out.
Relax.
So soothing as the water is flowing down,
Down through and around your chest,
Your middle,
Down your sides,
Down your back,
Down to your hips,
Down onto your legs,
Your thighs,
Down past your knees,
Around your shins,
And down past your ankles,
Around your feet,
Flowing down to the tips of your toes while you are just breathing in and breathing out.
Relax.
Now,
From the soles of your feet to the bottom of your spine,
Tiny negative energy movements are beginning to uncurl and flow down into the ground with the water.
Energy that had been stuck and heavy now starting to gently untangle and flow down to the ground with the water.
Just breathe slowly in and slowly out and let it untangle.
Let it go.
Let it untangle and flow down to the ground with the water.
Release it and let it go.
Feel how much lighter you are.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just take a minute here just to rest.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Relax.
As you are breathing in deep down,
You are breathing out into the sides of you too as if you had gills.
You are free floating in the water,
Breathing in the water as if you had gills,
Feeling yourself kind of unravel.
Feeling yourself expand.
Feel yourself as liquid energy.
Feeling that you are just breathing into and breathing out of yourself.
Feel as if you are floating now.
Feeling in your own consciousness.
Feeling you are just bigger than you physically actually are.
Feel that there is something more than you.
Curiously infinite.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
You can feel yourself gently coming into tune with it.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Relax.
Gently sensing into your thoughts,
Deep into your being.
Anywhere you can feel you are taking yourself a bit too seriously in life.
There may be room to take a step back and feel the humor,
Awe and wonder in your being,
In your life.
Resting in this moment.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just feeling your mind energetically melt back from the front of your forehead.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Feeling your conscious awareness floating down all around you with the water.
Letting down all around your body.
Feel any tension in your neck as you breathe out and feel it float away.
Feel your shoulders relax and your chest relax.
Almost feel a small smile start to shine in the middle of your heart space.
Feel that smile within you and feel that smile meet your body like the sun that shines across the water.
Feel that warmth and that light that smile of that sun within you.
Welcome and float within that loving energy all around you.
Breathing in with awareness still in the chest,
The heart space and that smile,
Shining feeling,
That smile,
That love for you,
From you starts to spread and shine.
Feel that much bigger place that we first felt.
That place that is bigger than your physical body you are in.
Feel that place smile with you in doing this now.
Immerse yourself in this loving energy for you,
Coming from you.
Coming from deep inside your heart space.
That loving unconditional energy.
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Relax.
Experiencing the joy of being you.
Connect now to the energy of a feeling of deep contentment that slowly warms you from the inside out.
Rest here.
Floating in the loving energy.
We are so harsh with ourselves,
Our inner critic,
So unloving.
We all can find ourselves from time to time unsettled or frustrated within ourselves.
This usually comes from ourselves or someone else rejecting who we are and how we feel.
Yet if only we can be brave enough to dive deep into our being,
Into our heart space.
We may just find that at our center we are not lacking,
We are not broken at all but smiling in awareness and knowing that everything is ok.
Allow me to share a secret with you.
It must be so much fun to be you.
Your experiences till now have given you a perspective on this world only you will ever see.
This world is like your playground.
Experiment.
Enjoy a wide range of emotions and experiences.
This feeling of being is constantly evolving and changing.
The beauty of this human experience,
This puzzle requires you to share your special peace with the world.
It must be so much fun to be the hero in your life.
Your life film so far has been incredible.
It has been so many times you couldn't see your way through something and yet over and over again somehow you made it through.
There have been so many times where you think you've made a mistake that likely only you remember.
You learned something from this mistake.
You need to forget it now and move on to your next experience.
The best has not happened in your life film yet.
It is still waiting to happen.
You get to enjoy and actively play in a playground we are all just creating and manifesting together.
Your life is such a temporary,
Fleeting gift.
So don't forget to enjoy every minute of it.
It is so miraculous this gift that your life and experience will never again manifest the same in your present form.
So it must be so wonderful to be you.
To look out on the world through your eyes and see what only you can see.
Let's just float here considering this.
Gently make your way through this.
Gently breathing in and breathing out.
Relax.
Engage with that part of your awareness that is looking into the rest of the day.
Appreciate it.
At the very core of you,
No matter where you go today in your heart space is that warm,
Loving energy for you,
From you.
Gently still feel your awareness in your body with your breath.
With that kind of awareness and curiosity.
With that part of you that is just bigger than what is there.
Take with you that feeling of that smile from your heart space that shines around you and within as your aura.
As you come back into your physical body,
Maybe just start rolling your shoulders gently.
Coming back into your body slowly.
Gently wriggling your fingers and toes.
Still just breathing in and breathing out.
No rush.
When you feel the time is ready for you,
Open your eyes and just feel the wonder,
That joy to be looking out on everything.
The joy of being you right here in this place right now.
