
Energy Vampires (Negative People) And Protecting Your Aura

Welcome to this guided meditation on protecting and replenishing your aura energy. Have you ever felt drained or exhausted after spending time with certain people or in certain situations? Or had even a very brief interaction that left you feeling out of sorts? In this guided meditation, we will explore techniques for identifying and protecting yourself from what I call "energy vampires" or negative people, as well as methods for replenishing and strengthening your own energetic aura.

Welcome to this guided meditation on protecting and replenishing your aura energy.
Have you ever felt drained or exhausted after spending time or even just encountering certain people in certain situations?
These might be people I call energy vampires.
They are individuals who intentionally or unintentionally drain our energy and leave us feeling emotionally and mentally worn out or exhausted.
But did you know that you have the power to protect and strengthen your own aura energy by learning to recognize and shield yourself from energy vampires?
You can take control of your own well-being and cultivate a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
In this guided meditation we will explore techniques for identifying and protecting yourself from energy vampires as well as some methods for replenishing and strengthening your own aura.
We'll take a few moments to practice some calming breathing exercises to help you release any tension or stress that may be holding you back to help you ground and center yourself in order to process exactly how we lose energy to energy vampires or negative people.
So find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and allow yourself to relax and let go of any distractions.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath and a long slow release as we begin this journey of self-discovery and self-care.
Together we can learn how to harness the power of our own energy that will help us to live a happier more grounded and fulfilling life.
I work a lot with energy and I call toxic individuals energy vampires because they are individuals who drain the energy of those around them.
They may be intentional or even unintentional in their actions but the end result is the same.
They leave others feeling depleted and exhausted.
In this guided meditation first let's explore how energy vampires search for bright energy.
They are drawn to individuals who possess a strong sense of self and a positive energy.
They may be drawn to your confidence,
Your happiness,
Your optimism or your sense of peace.
They are always drawn to the brightness of your aura which is the energy field that surrounds your body.
This aura can be seen as a bright light that surrounds you and it is a sign of a healthy and vibrant energy.
Energy vampires can sense this aura and will be drawn to it like moss to a flame.
It's not your fault and most often absolutely nothing you did or said caused to have this interaction where you left feeling like you had lost energy.
They steal your energy because they are low energy beings.
They are unable to generate a positive energy vibration of their own so they will steal yours.
To protect your energy after such an encounter you need to replenish it.
This can be done through self-care practices such as meditation,
Yoga or exercise.
Even singing will increase your energetic vibration.
It's also important to surround yourself with positive and supportive people.
Spend time with friends and loved ones or animals or music that makes you feel good and uplifts you.
Now let's take a moment to focus on our breathing.
Take a long slow deep breath in through your nose filling your lungs with air.
Hold your breath for a moment and then slowly release it through your mouth.
Repeat this process a few times focusing on the sound and sensation of your breath.
Allow your mind to let go of any negative thoughts or emotions.
As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily visualize a blue white light surrounding your body enveloping you in a protective shield.
This light represents the positive energy that you possess and the energy vampire is not able to penetrate it.
You are safe and protected.
Picture your aura like an energetic force field.
If you anticipate an energy vampire you can send energy to your aura just mentally to increase its strength and resilience.
Remember where your attention goes so does your energy.
Sometimes though if you are caught by surprise afterwards after a bad interaction with an energy vampire you can return to your higher energy levels with again meditation visualization and self-care to raise your vibration levels back up to where they were before.
As we continue on our guided meditation journey it's really important to remind ourselves that not everyone we meet will like us and that's okay.
This can be a difficult realization but it's important to move into acceptance rather than trying to make someone like us.
Remember like attracts like and when someone doesn't like us it's often because they are not like us.
Instead of taking it personally we can allow them to be who they are and accept that each of us has different perspectives and opinions.
By giving others the freedom to be themselves we claim that freedom for ourselves as well.
This simple thing releases us from the need for their approval and allows us to devote all of our energy to a healthy and vibrant energy of our own to more rewarding pursuits.
We always do our best through our own internal validation not through the external validation of others.
While the approval of others can feel good when we come to depend on it we might lose sight of our own path.
There will always be people who don't like us but as we walk our imperfect path we begin to appreciate the feeling of being fully ourselves.
The need to have everyone like us will be replaced by the exhilaration of attracting like-minded individuals into our lives.
People who understand and appreciate the truth of who we are.
This allows us to expand into becoming exactly who we're meant to be and in doing so we co-create our lives with the universe transcending limitations and empowering ourselves to shine our unique light fully and freely.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale visualize yourself releasing any attachment to the approval of others.
Trust that you are on the right path and continue to follow your inner guidance.
Allow yourself to be full of yourself and attract those who understand and appreciate you for who you are.
Repeat after me I am on the right path.
I attract those who understand and appreciate me.
I am on the right path.
I attract those who understand and appreciate me.
If you didn't know our aura is an energy field is an energy field that surrounds our physical body and it plays a vital role in protecting us from negative energy.
The aura is made up of different layers each with their own distinct energy and color.
The outermost layer also known as the etheric layer acts as a barrier between our physical body and the outside world helping to keep negative energy and negative influences at bay.
But damage to our aura can occur when we are exposed to negative energy such as that emitted by energy vampires or when we are going through a difficult emotional time.
Negative emotions like fear,
Anger and resentment can weaken the aura making it more susceptible to outside influences.
This can lead to physical and emotional imbalance and it can be really difficult to regain our sense of balance and well-being.
When we take care of ourselves care of ourselves we are helping to strengthen our aura creating a stronger barrier against negative energy.
Additionally it's really important to be mindful of our thoughts and emotions and what kind of electrical charge they are carrying and also to work on releasing any negative thoughts or emotions that can also be causing damage to our own aura.
It's also important to avoid or limit exposure to negative energy such as the news lately or too much social media.
If all things carry an electrical charge or energy and vibration we have to be selective in what we expose ourselves to.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and as you exhale release any more tension or stress you may be holding in your body.
Now with pursed lips as if you're sucking through a straw take a really deep inhale as your belly expands.
Hold your breath at the top of the inhale and slowly exhale through your nose and allow your body to release any areas of tension.
Again inhale through slightly parted lips sucking in fresh life force energy.
Hold briefly at the top then exhale through your nose.
Allow your body to soften and relax.
Now focus your attention on your aura.
See it as the glowing energy field that surrounds your body.
Imagine any negative energy or damage to your aura as dark or dull spots on your aura.
Visualize yourself holding a bright white healing light wand in your hands.
See this light flowing into the dark or dull spots on your aura repairing and healing them.
Imagine your aura becoming brighter and more vibrant as you continue to hold the healing light wand.
Feel any negative energy and damage being completely cleared away.
Now visualize a protective shield of blue white light surrounding your aura keeping it safe from any negative energy or influences.
Take a few slow deep breaths in and out.
Try to hold this visualization in your mind and focus on the feeling of your aura being repaired and protected throughout each day.
Repeat this visualization as often as you like and whenever you feel the need to repair and protect your aura.
Remember visualization is a very powerful tool for healing and protection and the more you practice it the more effective it will become.
So take your time be patient and trust the process.
Your aura will become stronger and brighter with each visualization.
When we encounter an energy vampire or a negative person who drains our energy we may feel emotionally wounded and energetically depleted.
Energy vampires tend to be negative draining individuals.
They can be manipulative,
Critical,
Or even abusive in their behavior.
Their negative energy vibration can affect us in a number of ways.
They may make us feel anxious,
Stress,
Or even to the point of physical illness.
They can also make us feel guilty,
Ashamed,
Or angry.
As a result of being in their presence or even the briefest of interactions our own energy can become depleted and as a result our emotions can become raw and fragile.
The reason why this happens is because our energy and emotions are very closely connected.
When we are exposed to negative energy it can affect our emotional state and our physical well-being.
Normally this sort of thing bounces off us but in the world that we live in currently the constant bombardment of stress and trauma as much as we try to keep our own energy levels,
Vibrations high,
Can have a negative effect on us.
Our aura,
The energy field surrounding our body,
Can become damaged or weakened and that leaves us vulnerable to negative influences or negative people.
You must always try to keep your own energy in high vibration to stay well.
Again by practicing self-care,
Self-love,
Being mindful of our thoughts and emotions,
Setting boundaries,
And being mindful of the energy of the places we visit and the people we spend time with,
We can strengthen and protect our own aura.
Place both your hands over your heart space and repeat after me.
My aura is complete and is protecting me.
The energy of my aura is bright and burning with care for me.
My aura is complete and is protecting me.
All damage or smudges on my aura have been repaired and cleansed.
My aura is complete and is protecting me.
My aura is burning bright.
Keep note of any emotions or thoughts that came up during this meditation and maybe journal about them if you feel like it.
Remember to be kind and compassionate with yourself and to give yourself the time and space to heal.
Slowly start to deepen your breathing,
Wiggle your fingertips,
Rubbing the thumbs across the ends of the fingertips,
Wiggling your toes,
Gently rocking your head from side to side,
Coming back to breath,
Back to your body,
And then slowly coming back to breath,
Back to your body.
Take a moment to embody gratitude for showing up here for yourself and for others.
Show your beauty and resilience to the world.
Shine your light.

Thank you for sharing this I am currently going through a hard time in my family, and my parents have quite negitvie energy towards each other. I have a broken leg so I can not escape their energy except hiding in my room. Meditation has been a great tool to help me through everything that is going on. Where you mention others not liking us, I can relate on the opposite end…such as a sibling, drawn to my light from a place of love and innate connection…but sadly operating at a very low vibration. Interactions leave me drained and depleted. I appreciate your work 💕
