We are going on a special journey to help you relax and let go of any little worries or stress.
Find a comfy spot,
And let's get started.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Take a moment to wiggle around and find the perfect spot where you feel super cozy.
Close your eyes gently if it's comfortable,
And take a big,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your tummy fill up with air like a balloon.
Now slowly exhale through your mouth.
Let's do that again.

Nice and easy.
Picture a fluffy,
Soft cloud floating above you.
This magical cloud is here just for you.
Imagine reaching up and touching it.
Feel how soft and gentle it is.
Now imagine each worry or little stress is a tiny balloon.
Picture yourself tying those balloons to the cloud.
As you let go,
Watch them float away,
Higher and higher.
Feel how light and free.
Now picture a warm,
Golden sunshine beaming down on you.
Imagine it touching your skin and filling you up with cozy warmth.
Melt away any tension,
Like ice,
And even your face.
Imagine each part of your body.
Now imagine the soothing sounds of nature.
Easy gentle waves,
Chirping birds,
A soft breeze.
Let these sounds take you to a calm and peaceful place.
Picture yourself now on a magical river.
You're floating on a comfy raft.
Drifting along the gentle currents,
Feeling safe and relaxed.
Watch the beautiful scenery pass by.
As you slowly open your eyes now,
Notice how you feel.
Relaxed,
