Hello and welcome to another mindful meditation with Miss Brooke.

As we step into a brand new year,

Let's take a magical journey together to renew our minds and refresh our spirits.

Find a cozy spot to sit comfortably and let's begin this special new year meditation.

Take a deep breath in and then slowly let it back out your mouth.

If you're comfortable,

Close your eyes gently like you're closing the pages of a book.

Picture a bright sparkling star in the night sky.

This star represents the brand new year full of possibilities and adventures waiting just for you.

Think about all the wonderful moments you've had in the past year.

What made you smile?

What new things did you learn?

Remember those happy times.

Now imagine a balloon in your hand.

Picture putting all your worries and fears inside that balloon.

Take a deep breath and as you exhale let the balloon go,

Watching it float away into the sky.

Feel your worries disappear.

Now envision a colorful garden in front of you.

Each flower represents a new opportunity or a fun adventure waiting for you in the new year.

Take a moment to smell the imaginary flowers and feel the excitement.

Now think about one thing you would like to achieve or experience in the upcoming year.

It could be making new friends,

Learning something new,

Or simply spreading more kindness.

Hold that intention close to your heart.

Picture a gentle rain shower washing away any lingering worries or tiredness.

As the raindrops fall,

Imagine feeling refreshed and ready for all the amazing things the new year has in store for you.

Open your heart and think about the people and things you are grateful for.

Maybe it's your family,

Friends,

Or even your favorite toys.

Feel a warm,

Grateful glow in your heart.

As you slowly open your eyes,

Remember that each day is a chance for a new beginning.
