Use this meditation on days or nights where you need to cultivate grace and inner focus. Life gets in the way and toxic energies can pull us away from our own healing and our compassion. When this occurs, we can find ourselves in pain, in distress, or simply exhausted. By acknowledging ourselves and our own healing, we can develop the grace we need to spread love and refill our cup.

Allow yourself to come into a comfortable posture for today's meditation.

Just exist and be.

Without judgment,

Allow yourself to breathe.

Allow thoughts and expectations or disappointments of yesterday to leave the mind and body and allow any anxieties or worries about tomorrow to not enter the mind or body as well.

So being fully present in this very moment.

Today's meditation is on self-acknowledging grace.

It may be easy for us to identify moments in our life where the universe or people or places sounds images around us have provided us grace in existing and being present.

So when we look out into the world or externally,

It is often easier to identify these moments and receive them.

However,

Today's challenge and encouragement,

It's an opportunity for us to internally acknowledge and give ourself that same thing that the universe often does,

Grace.

We can receive grace and many natural gifts from the world.

But now it is time to heighten our awareness of all the ways that grace can show up within ourselves and in our life in a more internal atmosphere.

Some may be small moments so they could be harder to measure and others may be monumental and we can recognize them.

How grace shows up for you is uniquely your own and personal grace currently can also remain unknown to you at this time.

What is our challenge for today to build our awareness?

Continue to breathe,

Notice your breath where it resides today and perhaps invite grace in in this very moment before you complete this meditation.

Start now,

Receive that gift for yourself,

The gift of self acknowledging grace.

Stay here for as long as you need.

And when you are ready in your own time,

Softly open the eyes.

Thank yourself for allowing this time,

This gift to enter your life and your space.

Thank you for being here today for this meditation.
