Come to a comfortable seated position or laying down.
Pushing your shoulders gently down away from your ears.
And allowing your eyes to close.
Noticing your breathing.
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.
Just scanning your body for any tight areas.
Moving any part of your body you need to to feel comfortable.
Allowing your thoughts to drift away.
And with every inhale saying to yourself,
Let.
And with every exhale saying to yourself,
Go.
Breathing in positive thoughts and positive energy.
And breathing out negative thoughts and negative energy.
Slowly starting to soften from the soles of your feet.
And just working all the way up your body.
Imagine your muscles peeling away from your bones.
And allowing your whole body to feel limp.
Feeling completely heavy.
And allowing your body to surrender to the mat,
To the floor.
Noticing any tightness or tension with every exhale.
With every exhale noticing your body sinking further.
As if someone were to pick up your limbs they would just fall down.
Feeling completely heavy.
And as you slowly starting to relax further your whole body feels lighter.
You can just imagine your whole body floating higher.
Floating up towards the sky.
And floating onto a big white fluffy soft cloud.
And as you're floating towards your cloud.
Noticing which one you would like.
Lots of different shapes.
As you float off to your cloud.
You slowly start to lower onto your soft white fluffy cloud.
Your whole body is surrounded by the cushioning.
The protectiveness of your cloud.
You notice which areas of your body are touching the cloud.
You just reach out to the side and give it a gentle stroke.
Noticing how soft and how comfortable the cloud is.
Noticing how your cloud feels.
Does it feel slightly cooler to touch?
Do you know if your body is warm?
And you're still noticing your exhales,
Noticing every exhale pushing further into your cloud.
Your whole body sinking further towards that comfortable area in your cloud.
Noticing the colours around you.
Noticing the bright blue sky.
Noticing the other clouds.
What shapes do they look like?
You're feeling the warm sun rays beaming down on you.
You're just feeling so warm and fuzzy and protected by your cloud.
You're just floating.
Your cloud is gently passing other clouds by.
You feel safe.
You feel relaxed.
You feel calm and content.
As you slightly gaze over your cloud,
Looking down to the fields and the trees below you.
Noticing the colours.
Noticing how small everything feels from up here.
Noticing how far you can see.
You can see the horizon.
You can see the hills maybe gazing over to the mountains.
Just noticing everything around you.
You're feeling the gentle swayness of your cloud.
Feeling comfortable as you're feeling so relaxed and calm.
You can just carry on floating,
Drifting and being at peace with your whole body and with your mind.
You take another gaze over your cloud and you see other clouds' shadows on the ground.
You're just watching their shadows drift across,
Drifting across the countryside.
You're just feeling so calm,
Contented and relaxed.
You see another cloud drift above you.
You reach up and let your hand float through it.
Noticing the cool moist air around your fingers.
You're just allowing your whole body to relax.
Just enjoying the sights that you're seeing.
And just staying on your cloud for as long as you need to.
As you slowly start to wake up,
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Bringing the sensation back into your body.
Having a stretch in a yawn or hugging knees to your chest.
Rolling onto your right side when you're ready.
Bringing your hands into prayer position.
