This guided practice based on the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza aims to bring higher states of self-consciousness and brain coherence. It's using the breath to draw the energy up through the base of the spine, all the way up to the crown of the head releasing it out through the pineal gland and into your own electromagnetic field, using the spinal fluid as a flow to move the energy in and up throughout the body.

Welcome to this brain coherence meditation and energy centres based on the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza.

We are going to be activating the energy centres and releasing any pain or self doubt.

Coming to a comfortable seated position,

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Soften through your jaw and breathe.

Inhaling through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

Just really becoming aware of your breath.

Scanning your body for any tight areas.

And send your breath towards those areas.

Notice how you're feeling in your body.

And keep the flow of your breath moving.

Inhaling through your nose.

Exhaling out through your mouth.

Now I want you to imagine on your next inhale the energy flowing up through the soles of your feet.

Up through your legs.

Up through your pelvis.

Up through your spinal column using your spinal fluid.

Cerebrospinal fluid.

All the way up to the top of your head,

Your pineal gland.

Now you can if you want to put your finger on the top of your head and just make a little indentation.

So you're knowing where the energy is flowing up.

When you've got to the top of your head on your inhale,

Imagine that extra energy flowing out on your exhales.

Visualising your big white light,

Your magnetic field around you.

And on your inhale again,

Flowing in and up through the soles of your feet.

Up your legs.

Pelvis.

Up through your spine.

Neck.

Top of your head.

Exhaling out around you.

And then again,

Really big deep breath in,

This time really filling your lungs,

Your chest,

Your tummy.

Maybe noticing a tingling sensation,

Maybe noticing a warm sensation flowing up your spine.

Reaching to the top of your head.

And on your exhale,

Letting out,

Letting go.

Building that big invisible shield around you.

On your next inhale,

Again really visualising the energy coming up.

Up through your legs,

Up to your pelvis.

This time I want you to engage your pelvic floor muscles,

Drawing them up,

Pushing that energy further up.

Not so you're forcing those pelvic floors up,

Just gently engaging them,

Pushing that energy up higher,

Right up to the crown of your head,

Your pineal gland again.

On your exhale,

Letting it out,

Envisioning your big ball of white light surrounding you,

Your protective layer.

Again,

Inhaling up through your legs,

Pelvis.

Pushing that energy up through your spine,

But this time engaging your pelvic floors and your lower abdominal muscles.

Then push that energy back up again,

Further up.

Exhaling out into your magnetic field.

With every exhale building this magnetic field stronger.

And again,

Inhaling.

Pulling your pelvic floors up,

Lower abs.

And this time engaging your upper abdominal muscles.

Really drawing them all in,

Your abdominal lock,

Your diabanda.

Really driving that energy up through your spinal column,

Top of your head and exhaling it all out into your magnetic field.

Just keep breathing this way on your inhales,

Engage your pelvic floor,

Lower abs,

Upper abdominal muscles.

Pushing it all the way up your spine,

Your spinal fluid,

Maybe you're feeling a tingling in your spinal fluid.

Up to the top of your head and exhaling it out.

And again,

Inhale.

Engage your pelvic floors,

Lower abdominal muscles,

Upper abdominal muscles.

Really pushing that energy up through your spine,

Top of your head.

Exhaling out into your magnetic field.

Once more,

Big inhale,

Really sucking that air,

That energy up through the soles of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Pelvis.

Engage your pelvic floors,

Abdominals,

Pushing all the way up your spine.

Reaching to the top of the crown of your head and letting it go,

Adding another new field of that electromagnetic energy.

You're becoming more light,

More energy,

Less matter.

And just keep moving,

Keep breathing this way.

Keep that flow of breath consistent.

See if you have pain anywhere in your body.

Drawing that pain in and up.

Again keeping your pelvic floors engaged.

Abdominal muscles engaged.

Lifting that energy all the way up,

Opening right up to the top of your head and exhaling it out,

Relaxing.

So try and visualise this pain wherever it is.

On your inhales,

Really using your energetic field to push this pain up.

Pulling your pelvic floors up,

Abdominal muscles up.

With this pain,

Really drawing it up through the back of your spine,

All the way to the crown of your head and letting it go out into your magnetic field.

Noticing the more and more you do this,

The more and more you focus,

Releasing this pain.

Opening out your energetic centres.

Opening out your heart.

You start to feel lighter.

You start to have more energy.

You raise your body's frequency,

Vibration.

Knowing that anything is possible.

Just keep breathing.

You're activating your pelvic floors,

Lower abdominal muscles,

Upper abdominal muscles,

Really drawing that energy in and up through,

Right to the crown of your head.

And exhaling it out into your magnetic field.

Each time you do this breath,

How are you feeling?

Have you got a tingling sensation,

Maybe in your fingers,

Maybe in your arms and legs?

Are you warm?

Have you got a tingling sensation coming up through your spine?

Notice how you feel.

One more big deep breath in,

Really drawing that energy up through the whole of your body,

Engaging your pelvic floors,

Your abdominal muscles,

Drawing it in and up through your spinal fluid,

Up to the crown of your head.

On your exhales,

Releasing it out.

And just staying here for as long or as little as you wish.

Maybe moving your fingers,

Your toes,

Just to bring the sensation back into your body.

Maybe if you want to lay down for around about 15 minutes or so,

Just to allow your autonomic nervous system to relax and take in everything that you have just given it.

Over and out.
