What are you wanting to manifest right now?
Be drawing that thought into your heart centre.
Just stay here for two or three minutes.
Noticing the sensations that are coming up within your body right now.
Feeling whatever it is.
Having that thought that you already have this.
Inhale bardzo will allow you to remain liberated and to become active upon your Statue like You You You You Noticing how you feel in your heart center Noticing that this is already yours You soften your breathing even further You bring this state of coherence even further into your body your heart center Letting go of all self doubts You're out Noticing any tingling sensations,
Warm sensations flowing up through your spine.
Now bring your attention and your awareness again into your heart centre,
The space around your heart.
And keep focus on this area,
Knowing that you're manifesting,
You already have this.
It has been in you forever.
You are worthy of this.
Just breathe into your heart space.
Now I want you to really think about the gratitude.
This is already here,
This is already happening.
How does it feel to have this?
What you are manifesting right now.
And just stay here for two to three minutes.
Feeling joy,
Happiness,
Excitement.
Bringing these thought processes into your heart centre.
Sending these vibrations out into the universe.
And breathe.
And return back to your heart.
